  • Patent number: 10895068
Abstract: An apparatus includes a housing, a valve located within the housing, the valve being adapted to fluidly connect to an external toilet and an external water supply that provides water to the toilet, and a water sensor. The valve includes an open position, in which the water supply is enabled to supply water to the toilet, and a closed position, in which the external water supply is prevented from supplying water to the toilet. The water sensor is electrically connected to the valve and is operable between an inactivated state, in which the water sensor is substantially dry, and an activated state, in which the water sensor is subjected to an amount of water. When the water sensor is in its activated state, the valve is moved to its closed position to cut off the water supply to the toilet.

  • Patent number: 10881256
Abstract: A retractable platform for use in conjunction with a toilet seat configured to be compact when in the retracted position. The retracted platform becomes a generally leveled standing platform when engaged in the opened position providing a stable platform for a child to stand on and turn around to position oneself to sit on a toilet seat. When the platform is in the retracted position, it allows an adult to sit on a toilet seat without any obstruction from the stool to their legs or feet. A cut out on its front panel receive adult-sized feet so the platform in the retracted position does not have to be physically moved when an adult needs to use the toilet. The retracted platform can be easily moved to assist a child needing a vertical advantage in a different location.

  • Patent number: 10808387
Abstract: A removable trap for lavatory sinks is provided to enable new technologies to be incorporated into just the water trap portion of the sink trap to maximize the performance of the trap in infection control, while at the same time preserving the trap performance features demanded by major building codes. While a traditional P-trap requires the removal of the entire trap for cleaning or replacement, the removable trap presented in this application allows for easy removal of just the U-bend portion of the trap by releasing latch clamps. The U-bend containing the water is the most vulnerable to attack to cleaning chemicals as well as the most effective locus of innovation in materials and methods employed to reduce infectious bacteria forming biofilms within the lavatory trap.

  • Patent number: 10745892
Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure is a water delivery system that continuously flows and recirculates clean water, diverting only water that has touched a user's hands. No sensing is required to activate the water flow and the actions of the user effectively divert the dirty water to a drain. The water delivery system comprises a clean water outlet, a clean water inlet, a dirty water drain, and a circulation pump. A stream of water continuously flows from the outlet and is received by the water inlet if the stream is uninterrupted. If the stream is disturbed, such as by the hand washing activities of the user, the stream is diverted from the inlet and instead falls into a sink and into the drain.
