Abstract: A stopper holder device for bottles is provided that includes a base-part associated with a bottle neck, a latch articulated in the base-part respect to which can swing, and a bracket which supports the stopper and which is articulated at the latch. The base-part includes an elastically deformable portion with means to release the elastically deformable portion from the bottle neck when causing an elastic deformation on the deformable portion, or to embrace the portion to the neck of the bottle when not causing the elastic deformation, so that the same stopper can be used in different bottles. The base-part also includes first structures, where the latch is articulated, and slots for housing wings of the bracket when the bottle is closed. The bracket includes second structures to which the latch is swingly attached. The latch includes third structures cooperating with the first structures and fourth structures cooperating with the second structures.

Abstract: A method and system to provide a pill bottle with a removable pill cap case. A bottle cap has a hollow area which receives the removable pill cap case which fits (snaps) into the bottle cap. The removable pill cap case has a flip-top lid which can open and close and enable pills to be placed therein. As such, a user can open the pill bottle, place one or more of the pills inside the removable pill cap case, close the removable pill cap case, and then carry the removable pill cap case around with him/her without having the carry the entire pill bottle.

Abstract: A double barrel for hazardous goods with an outer barrel of plastic and an inner barrel of plastic received in the outer barrel. The body of the outer barrel is formed of a first barrel part and a second barrel part. The first barrel part has a first connecting area and the second barrel part has a second connecting area that is complementary to the first connecting area. The first and the second barrel part are firmly connected to each other via the connecting areas in an assembled state by means of a circumferential plastic weld seam.

Abstract: A double-walled container includes a top opening, and a bottom opening, opposite the top opening. A removable top cap engages with threads at the top opening and a removable bottom cap engages with threads at the bottom opening. The double-walled container includes an outer wall and an inner wall. A channel formed on and encircling the outer wall includes a vacuum port through which air between the outer and inner walls is drawn out to form an insulating space between the inner and outer walls. A band is positioned within the channel to cover the vacuum port.

Abstract: An improved medical procedure or catheterization tray included in an improved medical procedure or catheterization package. The improved medical procedure or catheterization tray is intuitively arranged and includes instructions printed thereon to improve the medical procedure or catheterization implementation and results. In one example, a catheterization package and catheterization tray has a layout and/or arrangement of components that may help reduce CAUTI rates by facilitating ease of use and aiding in proper aseptic technique during insertion. The medical procedure or catheterization package and/or medical procedure or catheterization tray may include various implements, compartments, and components necessary and/or helpful to the medical procedure or catheterization, including, for example, improved swabs and an improved compartment for holding the swabs.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a drinking vessel that can include a drinking container and a drinking attachment that is coupled to the container. A straw can be positioned through an opening in the drinking attachment. The straw can include a top end that includes an opening through which a user can withdraw liquid and a bottom end. A drinking valve can be positioned along the bottom end of the straw and can include a tube that is open on the top and closed on the bottom and further includes at least one flow-through opening connecting the inside of the valve to the outside of the straw. A suction tube can include a tube wall that can be slid over the valve to couple the straw to the suction tube.

Abstract: The utilitarian function of the engagement features on a lidded vessel is at least partially camouflaged so that the engagement features' utilitarian function is less apparent to the consumer after the lid is removed. The lidded vessel may be, for example, a lidded drinking glass—such as a lidded wine glass, beer glass, whiskey tumbler or soda glass—that is sold pre-filled and sealed with the wine, beer, whiskey or soda already inside. The camouflaging may be accomplished using one or more camouflaging techniques, some or all of them involving the presence of non-engagement elements.

Abstract: A technique for containing a wet article includes a top section, a middle section removably attached to the top section, and a bottom section removably attached to the middle section. The top section includes a dispenser and an article holding region. The dispenser forms a normally-closed compartment for holding liquid and has a depressible top. The top section is configured, upon depression of the depressible top, to open a passageway between the dispenser and the article-holding region for allowing liquid to flow from the dispenser to the article-holding region. The middle section includes a funnel having a more open end facing the top section and a less open end facing the bottom section. The funnel is configured to conduct fluid released from the wet article from the top section to the bottom section.

Abstract: A closure body (40) is provided for installation with a liner membrane (52) on a container (44). The closure body (40) has a peripheral portion (74) for being mounted on the container (44) around an access opening (48), and a separable portion (82) that (i) is disposed laterally inwardly of the peripheral portion (74); (ii) is initially connected to the peripheral portion (74) by at least one frangible connection (86); and (iii) can be separated from the peripheral portion (74) upon breaking of the at least one frangible connection (86). The closure body (40) has an opening member (94) that is connected with the separable portion (82) to accommodate movement of the opening member (94) relative to the separable portion (82). The opening member (94) has a grippable portion (102) and a puncture portion (106) each disposed in an initial inactive orientation relative to the separable portion (74).

Abstract: A double safe child resistant cap for medicine containers includes a cap with a cap main structure having a side wall and a top, and including: a) a first safe child resistant cap mechanism requiring compound movement to unlock; and b) a second safe child resistant cap mechanism including (i) a coupling rod attached to said cap main structure top and extending upwardly and (ii) a push-pull valve connected to said container for dispensing therefrom, said push-pull valve having a force-fit coupling rod receiver, wherein said push-pull valve has a down closed position and an up position, which is an open position to permit dispensing. Another embodiment includes a dosage cup with the coupling rod in place of a cap top coupling rod.
