    Abstract: An action camera headware system is configured to house an action camera actively cooled by a fan of a chassis for head-mounted use. The chassis includes a rigid plate member with cutouts to attach a strap, at least one arm for mounting an action camera, and a fan. The strap further includes a clip with at least one hook to hold auxiliary cables for the fan and the user's action camera. The action camera mounting arm further includes a circular cutout to house a securing device that affixes the action camera's mount to the mount on the chassis, while still allowing the action camera to securely pivot along the longitudinal central axis of the securing device. The fan blows air onto the user's mounted action camera, thus actively cooling the action camera.
