In particular, the system includes: a mobile terminal which generates a geo-fence boundary line of the destination zone according to a predetermined setting reference and maps the generated geo-fence boundary line to a first map, generates an inbound boundary line and an outbound boundary line, each of which is spaced apart from the geo-fence boundary line, and maps at least one of the inbound boundary line or the outbound boundary line to the first map. The mobile terminal determines whether the moving object enters or exits the destination zone based on the inbound and outbound boundary lines and location information of the moving object, and generates an alarm message corresponding to the entry or exit of the moving object.
