The inner container (1b) comprises an adapter (3b) to couple the inner container (1b) to the outer tube (1a). The skirt (2b) of the inner container (1b) is joined to the adapter (3b) and comprises a deployable portion (20) arranged under the adapter (3b). The deployable portion (20) enables the length of the skirt (2b) of the inner container (1b) to be adjusted with respect to the length of the skirt (2a) of the outer tube (1a), during the manufacture of the tubular container (1). Furthermore, the deployable portion (20) allows a relaxed collapsing of the inner container (1b) during use of the tubular container (1).

Abstract: A drink container piercing device for preparing a drink container with a cap to accept a drinking straw, the device having a device body adapted to be held in a user's hand, and a piercing assembly with a central projection and an arcuate blade. The piercing assembly is adapted to pierce the cap and create circular aperture via rotational cutting by the arcuate blade centered around the central projection. The arcuate blade produces a circular cut portion from the cap, which is removed to reveal a circular aperture for accepting the drinking straw. The cut portion is retained by the central projection, preventing the cut portion from falling into the container. The piercing assembly is retractable to prevent accidental contact with the arcuate blade, and the device body has finger projections to allow the user to stabilize the device when in use.

Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter is generally to an assembly comprising a food product with an associated cleaning wipe. Particularly, the disclosed assembly comprises a support used for handling the associated food product. The support includes a handle and an extension that is positioned interior to an associated food product. The handle is hollow and comprises a longitudinal receiving cavity for housing a cleaning wipe. The wipe can be accessed through the removal of a closure from one end of the handle. In this way, after the food product has been consumed, the cleaning wipe can be accessed and used the clean the face and/or hands of the user.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide a unique touchless combination device that provides simultaneous convenient use of three features, such as dispensing of liquid sanitizer, access to paper tissues, and a compartment for immediate and safe disposal of used tissues. Touchless operation is provided by use of several proximity sensors which allow to access and use all features of the device without need to touch any part of it. Disclosed embodiments also utilize UV LED lights for the purpose of disinfecting used and disposed tissues.
