  • Patent number: 11956243
Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods are disclosed that operate to receiving an authentication request at a server associated with an authenticating entity from a requesting party responsive to a request being provided to the requesting party by a client terminal associated with an unauthenticated individual purporting to be an individual account owner previously authenticated with the authenticating entity. A token, from the client terminal associated with the unauthenticated individual is received, and the token includes information associated with the unauthenticated individual and a user permission authorizing the authenticating entity to share a selected portion of the information with a plurality of selected requesting parties. The server associated with the authenticating entity authenticates the unauthenticated individual as the individual account owner based on, inter alia, matching the token to a pre-registered identity uniquely associated with the individual account owner.

  • Patent number: 11727488
Abstract: System and methods for pre-marshalling messages in an electronic trading environment are provided. Specifically, pre-marshalling messages allows for client and network devices to create messages in response to a defined first condition. Pre-marshalling messages allows a trading system to do more processing up front before the message is needed and when a second condition is satisfied. Thus, when the message is needed no further or very little processing must be performed to generate and send the message. The client and/or network device may allocate a separate, unused, or under-utilized processing thread to the task of creating pre-marshalled messages. Pre-marshalled messages may be stored in memory at the network device until it is determined that the second condition has been satisfied. Once a pre-marshalled message is sent, the unused pre-marshalled messages that were stored in memory may be deleted or may be overwritten with newly pre-marshalled messages.

  • Patent number: 11720901
Abstract: A method is provided for displaying an augmented reality image of account information associated with an indicialess transaction card having a card surface with a background pattern applied thereto. A real-time image of the card surface is captured and processed to determine if the background pattern matches a card background pattern associated with a cardholder account. Responsive to a positive determination, communication is established between the user device processor and a card processor carried by the indicialess transaction card. The user device processor receives from the card processor an encrypted verification block and transmits, to an authentication server, an authentication request including the verification block.

  • Patent number: 11710081
Abstract: A processing system may obtain a customer identifier at a first retail location of a telecommunication network service provider, determine a recency factor of the identifier, obtain an identification of items of interest to the customer, and determine whether the customer has visited a second retail location of the provider within a time period prior to the customer being at the first retail location. The processing system may then apply, to a fraud detection machine learning model, a plurality of factors comprising: a quantity of items of interest, a value of the items, a factor associated with whether the customer has visited the second retail location within the time period, and the recency factor, where the fraud detection machine learning model outputs a fraud indicator value, determine that the fraud indicator value meets a warning threshold and present a warning to a device at the first retail location.
