Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for generating entries for a searchable index based on rules generated by one or more machine-learned models. The index entries can include one or more tokens correlated with an outcome and an outcome probability. A subset of tokens can be identified based on the characteristics of an event. The index may be searched for outcomes and their respective probabilities that correspond to tokens that are similar to or match the subset of tokens based on the event.

Abstract: Based on a credential, an access level of a playback queue for a first control interface and a first subset and second subset of media items in the playback queue may be determined. Media items in the playback queue that were added via a second control interface may be included in the first subset. Media items that were added via a control interface different from the second control interface may be included in a second subset. Information may be provided which identifies the first subset of the media items in the playback queue and the second subset of the media items in the playback queue.

Abstract: A backup manager for providing backup services includes persistent storage and a backup orchestrator. The persistent storage includes protection policies. The backup orchestrator generates a backup for a client based on the protection policies; obtains system metadata from the client; generates a backup map for the backup based on the system metadata; generates a backup hierarchy for the backup based on the backup map; and stores the backup and at least one selected from a group consisting of the backup hierarchy and the backup map.

Abstract: A shared database platform can interface with a cluster computing platform over a network through a database connector and one or more cluster connectors. The data transferred over the network can include telemetry metadata that can be distributed to execution nodes of the cluster computing platform for generation and transmission of cluster data to the shared database platform.

Abstract: A method for managing data associated with objects stored in a cloud storage is provided. The method receives, at a first compute node, first data associated with an object stored in the cloud storage, the first compute node being one of a plurality of compute nodes that store data associated with different objects as storage objects in a log-structured merging (LSM) tree data structure. The method then assigns a first unique name to a first storage object associated with the first data, the first unique name comprising a combination of at least an identifier identifying the first compute node and a first incremental local value. The method stores the first storage object in a first level (L0) of the LSM tree data structure.

Abstract: An example operation may include one or more of receiving from a user node, by a blockchain processor node, a document access request containing a document ID, acquiring, by the blockchain processor node, from a blockchain ledger an encrypted URL of the document and a source hash of the document based on the document ID, verifying, by the blockchain processor node, a document received from a document owner's node storage based on a decrypted URL of the document and, in response to the verification, transmitting the document received from the document owner's node storage to the user node.

Abstract: Embodiments for a method performing data migration such as backups and restores in a network by identifying characteristics of data in a data saveset to separate the data into defined types based on respective characteristics, assigning a data label to each defined type by receiving user selection or automatically merging or selecting a priority label, from among many labels associated with a file, defining migration rules for each data label, discovering assigned labels during a migration operation; and applying respective migration rules to labeled data in the data saveset. The migration rules can dictate storage location, access rights, replication periods, retention periods, and similar parameters.

Abstract: Machine learning systems and methods for interactive concept searching using attention scoring are provided. The system receives textual data. The system identifies one or more word representations of the textual data. The system further receives a concept. The system determines a score indicative of a likelihood of each of the one or more word representations being representative of the concept using an attention scoring process having a temperature variable. The system generates a dataset for training and evaluation based at least in part on the score. The dataset includes the one or more word representations and concept. The system further processes the dataset to train one or more deep active learning models capable of the interactive concept search.

Abstract: Systems and methods for collection, management, and distribution of data with a crowdsourced knowledge data base are disclosed. The systems and methods may be configured for: storing information in a standardized format in one or more network-based databases having a collection of records stored thereon; providing remote access to users over a network so any one of the users can update the information about a record in the collection of records in real time through a graphical user interface, wherein the one of the users provides the updated information in a non-standardized format; converting the updated information into the standardized format; storing the standardized updated information in the database in the standardized format; generating a message containing the updated information whenever one has been stored; and transmitting the message to all of the users over the network in real time, so that each user has immediate access to up-to-date information.

Abstract: A bipartite graph structure is utilized to better store data. The bipartite graph structure may be used in a biochemical database to efficiently store a variety of molecules and processes that might occur between the molecules. Molecules are represented as molecule nodes, which may have metadata fields including a molecule name, a molecule type, a molecular formula, a sequence, a molecular charge, a set of molecular properties, and a set of component molecules. Processes operating on the molecules are represented by process nodes, which may have metadata fields including a process name, a set of process roles, a set of process properties, and a set of sub-processes. Edges, called roles, each associate a molecule node with a process node and represent the role the associated molecule plays in the associated process. The roles may contain metadata identifying the role type and the stoichiometry coefficient of the molecule in the process.

Abstract: A plurality of object names and a query string are defined. A first set that includes a plurality of first query string-object name pairs is generated based on the plurality of object names and the query string. A closeness score is determined for each first query string-object name pair in the first set. A second set that includes a plurality of second query string-object name pairs is generated, wherein the second query string-object name pairs are selected from the first set based on the closeness scores. A measure of semantic similarity is determined for each second query string-object name pair in the second set. A third set of third query string-object name pairs is defined, wherein the third query string-object name pairs are selected from the second set based on the measures of semantic similarity.
