Abstract: A tray mounted on an electrostatic chuck includes an accommodation recess configured to accommodate a substrate, a bottom plate portion placed on the electrostatic chuck, a coating film layer made of a material different from the bottom plate portion and formed on an upper surface of the bottom plate portion, and an opening portion penetrating the coating film layer in a thickness direction. The accommodation recess includes an inner side surface of the opening portion and an upper surface of the bottom plate portion exposed from the opening portion. The coating film layer has a multilayer structure including a first coating film having higher plasma resistance than the bottom plate portion and a second coating film laminated on an upper surface of the first coating film and having higher plasma resistance than the first coating film. The first coating film is thicker than the second coating film.

Abstract: A roof vent package provides dual functionality to transport and store roof vents, such as ridge vents, and to offer a disposal receptacle for jobsite debris. The package can include a ridge vent bag constructed from a flexible material to include multiple sidewalls, a closure flap that selectively covers an opening of a compartment in which ridge vents are stored, and a closure flap with a closure element to maintain the closure flap in a closed configuration over the opening. A related method includes storing and transporting ridge vents in the compartment of the bag, operating the closure flap to open the compartment and gain access to the ridge vents, removing the ridge vents from the compartment, and placing jobsite debris in the compartment of the ridge vent bag, where the ridge vents were previously located, to store the jobsite debris in the ridge vent bag for later disposal.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage container for welding wire, the storage container comprising: an outer shell which has an outer bottom support portion formed at the bottom thereof and within which a wire storage portion for storing coiled welding wire is formed; a bottom part which is seated on and coupled to the outer bottom support portion; an inner shell which comes into close contact with the inner surface of the outer shell and has an inner bottom support portion formed at the bottom thereof and seated on the bottom part; and a cover which is formed to correspond to the shape of the outer shell and closes the top of the outer shell.

Abstract: A retrofit system optimized to enhance the securement of goods onto a pallet is provided. A light source extends through a hole in the lower facing wall surface so as to direct light from the light source downward on the outwardly facing display surface of the lower card section. Abstract: Product packages and methods of reducing packaging waste arising from producing customized packages are disclosed. A plurality of trays are produced and a first batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a first sleeve design, each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays. Each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays to assemble a first plurality of packages. A second batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a second sleeve design that is different from the first sleeve design, each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays. Each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays to assemble a second plurality of packages.

Abstract: Proposed is a wafer storage container that supplies a purge gas to wafers stored in a storage chamber to remove fumes from the wafers or control humidity of the wafers. More particularly, proposed is a wafer storage container that generates a flow of a purge gas inside a storage chamber to block an external gas from flowing into the storage chamber and minimize dead areas on a wafer, thereby effectively achieving humidity control and fume removal for the wafer.

Abstract: A semi-closed base tray of molded pulp material having cavities for holding individual food articles, such as apples, and a pair of opposing wings or flaps integral with the base tray and hingedly attached to opposing front and rear edges of the base tray, for partially enclosing the apples positioned in the base tray, in combination with an open-ended sleeve positionable over the base tray (when filled with the food articles) that serves to hold the wings in the closed position while allowing the fruit to be visible in the tray and sleeve combination.

Abstract: An eyewear case and packaging system is disclosed which includes an improved hang tab which permits the system to by displayed in a number of orientations and is easily removable in a tool-less manner to permit the packaging to be converted into a case. The improved hang tab includes at least one fastener which is dimensioned to be inserted through any one of a plurality of apertures in the case. The fastener is secured to the case via the interior by a retention member.

Abstract: A packaging arrangement for a bundle of cable includes a planar packaging blank extending in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end. The blank includes a middle region extending from the first end to the second end between a first fold line and a second fold line, a first side extending from the first end to the second end and including a plurality of first flaps extending from the first fold line in a direction away from the second side in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a second side extending from the first end to the second end and including a plurality of second flaps extending from the second fold line in a direction away from the first side in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The blank is configured to be rolled into a cylindrical shape such that the first end overlaps the second end.

Abstract: A soft- or hard-sided apparatus for temporarily storing a plurality of electronic devices that transmit electromagnetic signals that would, if not suppressed, interfere with other electronic devices or make the devices accessible to outsiders. The apparatus includes a container, such as a soft-sided bag, that is sized for holding the plurality of electronic devices and is specially adapted to be normally RF-tight to suppress the electromagnetic signals transmitted by the plurality of electronic devices to prevent them from interfering with other electronic devices. The container further includes a small opening assembly in the container that opens and closes, such as a trap door, outfitted with magnets. The first small opening assembly is adapted to be RF-tight when closed so that a user can push an electronic device through the assembly, into the container, after which all the electronic devices are silenced inside of the container.

Abstract: Paper wrapping materials and method to securely wrap a rolled-up High Expansion Force product. The materials include a kraft paper layer encircling a circumference of the product with a leading end of the paper layer adhered to a tail end of the product by a first hotmelt adhesive. A tail end of the paper layer is adhered to a middle portion of the paper layer with a second hotmelt adhesive encircling the product. The paper layer has: (i) a Basis Weight from about 68 pounds per 3000 feet squared to about 84 pounds per 3000 feet squared, (ii) a Tensile Strength (MD) from about 55 pounds per inch to about 70 pounds per inch, (iii) a Stretch (MD) from about 7% to about 11%, and (iv) a fiber content of at least 70% virgin fibers. The second hotmelt adhesive is between about 15% and about 25% thermoplastic elastomer.

The package box assembly includes a first box comprising an accommodation portion defined by a plate and a side wall disposed to surround the plate along the periphery of the plate and having a designated height, a second box accommodated in the accommodation portion, a hanger disposed in a first space of the accommodation portion to protrude through an opening formed in the side wall, an elastic member disposed in the first space to press the hanger toward the opening, and a sealing member removably disposed on the side wall to seal the opening. The hanger is accommodated in the first space while being pushed by pressure from the elastic member. In case that the sealing member is removed, the hanger at least partially protrudes to the outside of the first box via the opening by the pushing force of the elastic member.

The bottom and top structures retain objects in a spaced-apart arrangement within the shipping container. A paperboard sheet is folded into three horizontal layers to form the bottom structure. A first layer has apertures to retain the objects. A second layer is below and spaced apart from the first layer with a substantially flat surface below the first apertures. A third layer is below and spaced apart from the second layer. Another paperboard sheet is folded into two horizontal layers to form the top structure. A fourth layer has another set of apertures to retain the objects. A fifth layer is above and spaced apart from the fourth layer. The apertures are align to position the objects in the shipping container.

Abstract: A paper-based blister package comprising a flat card and a tray is provided. The tray comprises a bottom wall, two opposing side walls, two opposing end walls, two opposing side flanges, and two opposing end flanges. The bottom wall has a perimeter defined by two side fold lines and two end fold lines. Each side flange has at least one locking end that meets a side wall and a side flange fold line at a junction. The side flange and the side wall are contoured to define a side flange shoulder adjacent the junction. At least one end flange forms an outward projecting lip configured to engage the junction to maintain proper positioning of the side flange, the end flange, the side wall and the end wall.

This invention provides a solution to those problems through an innovative device for displaying, transporting, and storing cufflinks in combination with a rollable coiling method. The pouch is a soft textile with a unique coiled flap attached inside. The pouch is finished with a combination of functional and decorative designs in a unique shape. The device provides a cost-effective solution for cufflink care and sits in the palm of a hand.

Abstract: A plastic closure device for a container for parenteral pharmaceutical products having a bottle provided with a neck is provided. The plastic closure device has an outer cap with tearable weakenings to allow tear-off removal of the outer cap and an inner cage provided with a head having a central opening. A skirt ending in a lower edge extends below the central opening. Retaining elements for permanent snap engagement on the neck of the bottle are provided at the lower edge. The outer cap is snap-engaged under the lower edge of the inner cage by coupling elements. The plastic closure device guarantees authenticity of the container and its tightness even in the event of tampering attempts.
