  • Patent number: 12369722
Abstract: A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. A dimensionally stabilizing substrate is secured to at least some of the strings on one of the top and bottom surfaces of the strings. A scrim sheet is secured to at least some of the strings on an opposed surface of the strings to maintain the positions of the strings. The dimensionally stabilizing substrate is laterally rigid enough to maintain length and width dimensions of the coil spring assembly. However, the dimensionally stabilizing substrate is flexible enough to allow the pocketed spring assembly to be roll packed for shipping.

  • Patent number: 12329282
Abstract: The invention is an asymmetrical bedframe. The bedframe is divided off-center, forming a first platform, or back support section and a second platform, or leg support section. Preferably, the platforms are split to separate the area of the bed frame into a first platform that occupies one-third of the area of the bedframe, and a second platform that occupies two-thirds of the area of the bedframe. The first platform—the smaller area—is intended to support the back of the user or sleeper, specifically by providing a rotational force to keep the user on their side. The second platform—the larger area—is intended to support the body of the user, including head, arms, torso, legs, and feet. The angle of each platform is independently adjustable without causing motion of the bedframe with respect to the floor.

  • Patent number: 12297087
Abstract: Each scissor frame of the patient positioning table has a first and a second scissor arm connected in an X-shaped arrangement to pivot about a common pivot axis via a lifting facility for vertically moving the positioning table. The lifting facility includes a roller arrangement configured to be moved by a traction device. The roller arrangement is arranged between, and guides, arm segments of the scissor frames. The arm segments open in a V-shape, wherein the traction device is fixed in position by at least one end and is led via a roller unit having deflecting rollers, one located upstream of the roller arrangement and one located downstream of the roller arrangement. The position of the roller arrangement between the arm segments is variable with the aid of a drive facility, which interacts with the traction device.

  • Patent number: 12245699
Abstract: A swing bed is made from extruded aluminum (e.g., aluminum tubes of rectangular cross-sectional shape) that are welded to each other to form a left side, right side, back side, and base. The left side, right side, and back side are attached to the base by screws that go through the base and into bosses that are press fit into the left side, right side, and back side. Tubes are inserted into each of the left side and right side going from the top to the bottom for passing of a chain or rope from which the swing bed is suspended. A hole is formed in the left side and right side, going through the tube, through which a pin is inserted through a link of the chain to hold the chain in the tube. In some embodiments, legs are provided to convert the swing bed into a stationary fixture.

  • Patent number: 12137809
Abstract: An adjustable bed base has a subframe assembly including a subframe which may be inclined relative to a stationary frame by a primary linear actuator. An articulating deck is attached to the subframe. Secondary linear actuators articulate the deck. The subframe assembly is pivotally secured to a portion of the stationary frame. The subframe may be inclined by extending the primary linear actuator which moves ramps, causing wheels attached to the subframe to ride upwardly along the ramps, thereby raising the head end of the subframe relative to the stationary frame.
