    Abstract: A hybrid redox fuel cell system includes a hybrid redox fuel cell and an electrochemical cell. The hybrid redox fuel cell includes an anode side through which hydrogen is flowed and a cathode side through which liquid electrolyte is flowed, the liquid electrolyte including a metal ion at a higher oxidation state and the metal ion at a lower oxidation state. An anode side of the electrochemical cell is fluidly connected to the cathode side of the hybrid redox fuel cell. At the hybrid redox fuel cell, power is generated by reducing the metal ion at the higher oxidation state to the lower oxidation state at the cathode side while oxidizing the reductant at the anode side. At the anode side of the electrochemical cell, the metal ion at the lower oxidation state is oxidized to the higher oxidation state while the power is generated.

    Abstract: An automatic and passive battery fluid maintenance system maintains the fluid levels in a battery system by replenishing water as the water is lost from the battery. A reservoir is used to contain a volume of fluid and is mounted above the batteries. Fluid from the reservoir flows into a distribution manifold through a flow regulator. From the manifold the fluid is distributed a vent plug at each battery. The vent plugs are configured to control create a backpressure in the fluid line when the battery fluid level is at an optimum level. As a result of the backpressure, fluid does not flow into the battery through the vent plug. When the fluid in the battery drops below the optimum level, the backpressure is reduced, allowing water to flow until the fluid level of the battery again is at the optimum level.

A texture of the received user input may also be transferred to the custom geometry. The animatable object therefore includes the custom geometry, the transferred texture, and the custom control structure, which follow a morphology of the face.

As the carbon, natural graphite, artificial graphite, soft carbon, hard carbon, etc. can be used. As the transition metal oxide, Co3O4, CoO, FeO, NiO, and the like can be used.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of recycling lithium iron phosphate batteries with the aim of enabling the isolated recovery of elements from black mass. Black mass comprising at least cathodic and anodic components is immersed in a pH 13-14 solution to obtain a first leachate and first solid residue. The first leachate is immersed in a 4-6M acid solution to obtain a second leachate. The second leachate is passed through a first ion-exchange column where fluoride ions are retained and a second ion-exchange column where copper ions are to obtain a second eluate. The pH of the second eluate is adjusted to about 2.5-5 and a quantity of phosphoric acid that is sufficient to achieve an equivalent stoichiometric ratio of ferric iron and phosphate anions is added to obtain a first solution and an iron (III) phosphate precipitate. The first solution is combined with the first leachate to obtain a second solution. The pH of the second solution is adjusted to about 6.
