In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify multiple candidate sets of physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) transmissions that include hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for sidelink communications received from one or more peer UEs. The UE may select, from one or more of the multiple candidate sets that satisfy a PSFCH transmit power constraint, at least one candidate set that has a highest value for a utility parameter among utility parameters associated with each of the one or more candidate sets that satisfy a PSFCH transmit power constraint. The UE may transmit, on a PSFCH, the plurality of PSFCH transmissions included in the at least one candidate set in a HARQ feedback occasion. Numerous other aspects are provided.

The method includes: regulating a value of a code rate offset of UCI relative to a UL-SCH, and calculating the number of modulation symbols for transmitting coded information according to the code rate offset. With the consideration that URLLC data requires higher reliability when UCI of the eMBB service is multiplexed on a UL-SCH of the URLLC service, a corresponding numerical value is required to be smaller than 1. When UCI of a URLLC is multiplexed on a PUSCH of the eMBB, the code rate offset is increased. furthermore, high-layer signaling may include a scaling parameter. It is suitable to apply the method disclosed by the present application to different service multiplexing scenarios simultaneously.

A HARQ thread index is setup by a transmission opportunity (TXOP) holder for a corresponding PSDU and is used to identify HARQ threads. Multiple HARQ threads can be aggregated into one PPDU for transmission (or retransmission). The maximum number of HARQ threads can be negotiated between AP and non-AP STAs based on buffer requirements, for example. A HARQ thread can end when all MPDUs associated with the HARQ thread have been decoded or other predetermined conditions are met.
