  • Patent number: 12361016
Abstract: A workflow executed by a local platform of the content management system can include a remote workflow and a local workflow relating to local content retained in a local repository managed by the local platform of the content management system. A synchronization can be initiated between the local content and a remote copy of the local content to reflect a change to either of the local content or the remote copy in the other of the local content and the remote copy. The remote copy can exist at a location managed by a remote platform of the content management system. Upon detection that the remote workflow has been completed by the location using the remote copy, a resumption of the local workflow can be triggered using the synchronization between the local content and the remote copy of the local content. Related systems, methods, products, etc. are described.

Abstract: Herein is high availability for online transaction processing with redundancy and redo for a federation of pluggable databases and container databases. In an embodiment of a federation of container database management systems that includes a first container database, first redo data of a first pluggable database in a second container database is obtained based on a database dictionary in the first container database. To the first pluggable database in the first container database, the first redo data of the first pluggable database in the second container database is applied. Based on the database dictionary in the first container database, second redo data of a second pluggable database in a third container database is obtained. To the second pluggable database in the first container database, without modifying content of the first pluggable database in the first container database, the second redo data of the second pluggable database in the third container database is applied.

  • Patent number: 12321377
Abstract: Resource utilization of an automated content recognition (ACR) system can be optimized by delaying the identification of certain large quantities of media cue data. The delayed identification of the media may be for the purpose of, for example, generating usage statistics or other non-time critical workflow, among other non-real-time uses. In addition, real-time identification of a certain subset of media cue data is performed for the purposes of video program substitution, interactive television opportunities or other time-specific events.

  • Patent number: 12299052
Abstract: A data management services architecture includes architectural components that run in both a storage and compute domains. The architectural components redirect storage requests from the storage domain to the compute domain, manage resources allocated from the compute domain, ensure compliance with a policy that governs resource consumption, deploy program code for data management services, dispatch service requests to deployed services, and monitor deployed services. The architectural components also include a service map to locate program code for data management services, and service instance information for monitoring deployed services and dispatching requests to deployed services. Since deployed services can be stateless or stateful, the services architecture also includes state data for the stateful services, with supporting resources that can expand or contract based on policy and/or service demand. The architectural components also include containers for the deployed services.

  • Patent number: 12292934
Abstract: An invoice or other document is automatically classified, for example to identify a vendor or other entity associated with the document, based on geometric characteristics of the document. Geometric information extracted from incoming images of documents is used to reconstruct a unique template, thereby providing a mechanism for automatically classifying newly received documents, for example to determine which vendor is their source. The template for a target document is expressed as a feature vector, which can then be compared with feature vectors previously generated for reference documents, to provide a basis for determining similarity between the target document and various reference documents.

  • Patent number: 12277181
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and a content characterization system (CCS) for dynamically characterizing a website rendered in one or more of a plurality of languages are provided. The CCS receives website data, analyzes it for characterization of the website, and generates multiple structured data objects with a core object that the CCS connects with the website. When changes are made to the website, the CCS dynamically incorporates the changes into the structured data objects connected with the core object. When a search query is received from a querying network entity, the CCS communicates relevant structured data objects to the querying network entity to answer the query optimally, thereby providing an optimal characterization of the website.

  • Patent number: 12198066
Abstract: A method for detection of misinformation without the need to analyze any articles (HINTS) includes forming a mixed graph containing at least two different node types, such as users and articles, with edges between users and articles, and with user weights for user nodes and article weights for article nodes. Seed nodes are planted for at least one user node and at least one article node. User weights and article weights are manually assigned to the seed nodes, then neighborhoods are defined for the seed nodes. A HITS-like algorithm is then run for a predetermined number of rounds updating both people and articles, while keeping the weights of the seed nodes constant to converge the graph for the weights of articles and users. Finally, a set of highest weights for users and/or articles is outputted and possible remedial action can be taken.
