The semi-automatic image data labeling method may include: displaying a to-be-labeled image, the to-be-labeled image comprising a selected area and an unselected area; acquiring a coordinate point of the unselected area and a first range value; executing a grabcut algorithm based on the coordinate point of the unselected area and the first range value acquired, and obtaining a binarized image divided by the grabcut algorithm; executing an edge tracking algorithm on the binarized image to acquire current edge coordinates; updating a local coordinate set based on the current edge coordinates acquired; updating the selected area of the to-be-labeled image based on the local coordinate set acquired.

Abstract: A method for augmenting video sequences in a video reasoning system is presented. The method includes randomly subsampling a sequence of video frames captured from one or more video cameras, randomly reversing the subsampled sequence of video frames to define a plurality of sub-sequences of randomly reversed video frames, training, in a training mode, a video reasoning model with temporally augmented input, including the plurality of sub-sequences of randomly reversed video frames, to make predictions over temporally augmented target classes, updating parameters of the video reasoning model by a machine leaning algorithm, and deploying, in an inference mode, the video reasoning model in the video reasoning system to make a final prediction related to a human action in the sequence of video frames.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a network interface, an operation panel including a touch panel, and a controller configured to provide a mobile input function to a mobile terminal via the network interface. The mobile input function enables the image forming apparatus to accept input operations from the mobile terminal via the network interface. The controller displays access information on the touch panel when the mobile input function is not provided, and starts providing the mobile input function in response to receiving access from the mobile terminal using the access information via the network interface. After starting to provide the mobile input function, the controller sends display data to the mobile terminal via the network interface, thereby causing the mobile terminal to display an operation screen for operating the image forming apparatus from the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A system obtains a measured temperature of a fixing unit that fixes an applied agent applied on a print medium to the print medium by heat and identifies a print job whose temperature to be set associated with a type of print media to be used is closest to the measured temperature among a plurality of print jobs that are saved in a first saving unit and are yet to be identified. The temperature to be set is a temperature associated with each type of printing medium as the temperature to be set in the fixing unit when fixing. In addition, a printing control unit executes printing of the plurality of print jobs so that among the plurality of print jobs, an identified first print job or a print job for which a same type of print medium as the first print job is to be used is processed first.

Abstract: A printing apparatus that prints images on a roll paper based on a job prints one or a plurality of image sets, each formed of a partition page image and a content image, on the roll paper based on a job in which partition information for inserting a partition page is set.
