Abstract: The invention takes advantage of an elasticity of brush bristles and an axial movement of the brush assembly with respect to a brush housing to configure the brush in a retracted or an expanded position. The brush with retractable bristles allows for both an easy removal of hair and/or debris on the bristles simply by the axial movement of the brush assembly and a replacement of the brush bristles when the brush bristles are damaged or dirty. The brush with retractable bristles is configured to be used with an electric tool which enables a rotation of the brush.

Abstract: A wet-cleaning appliance, in particular a wet mop, has a cleaning roller, which can be rotated about a roller axis, and having a wetting device for applying a liquid to the cleaning roller. In order to provide for regeneration of the cleaning roller with the best possible result, it is proposed that the wet-cleaning appliance should have a wiper device, in particular a wiper lip, which can be displaced onto the cleaning roller and is intended for assisting in removing liquid and/or dirt from the cleaning roller and/or for assisting in applying liquid to the cleaning roller.
Abstract: A broom with a brush section and a brush cap into which the upper ends of a plurality of bristles are mounted, a plurality of white-light LEDs, a shaft, a rechargeable battery, an on/off switch, and a printed circuit board. The plurality of white-light LEDs are arranged in two rows around a perimeter of a bottom of the brush cap. The bristles are arranged in clusters, and each cluster is inserted into a hole in the bottom of the brush cap. The ten white-light LEDs are mounted into the bottom of the brush cap at preset, individual orientations so that a central axis of a light beam from each LED is oriented in a direction that is parallel to the bristles that are closest to that particular LED.
Abstract: The double action cleaning tool of the present invention includes a dynamic double action dual brush head and a handle. The dynamic double action dual brush head includes two brush heads rotatably attached to a brush head base, allowing the brush heads to independently rotate about the axis in which it is rotatably attached to the brush head base. A mechanical device capable of storing and releasing energy is connected between the two brush heads, which is rigidly attached to the brush head base. The double action cleaning tool stores energy in the form of potential energy in the mechanical energy storage device of the dynamic double action dual brush head during the sweeping stroke of the double action push broom. At the end of the sweeping stroke, the stored potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and rotates the dual brush, thereby providing an additional sweeping motion.
Abstract: A handle-storable sponge mop for use at the end of a broom handle. The handle-storable sponge mop includes a sponge mop body shaped as a truncated square right prism having a leading face and a longest rectangular side which together form a leading beveled cleaning edge. A closed-end cylindrical channel extends partially into the sponge mop body perpendicularly through the square base face. The closed-end cylindrical channel receives and securely holds the handle end of the broom handle when the broom handle is fully inserted into the closed-end cylindrical channel. An open cylindrical channel extends completely through the sponge mop body, and can receive the broom handle such that the broom handle can pass through the open cylindrical channel so that the handle-storable sponge mop can be so stored on the broom handle. In some embodiments, the open cylindrical channel is in substantially perpendicular relationship with the closed-end cylindrical channel.
Abstract: A cleaning tool attachment reduces the amount of foreign matter or cleaning liquid remaining on a workpiece. The cleaning tool attachment includes a housing, a first shaft integrally connectable to a main spindle, a second shaft having an axial direction different from an axial direction of the first shaft, a plurality of tool mounting shafts having an axial direction parallel to the axial direction of the second shaft, a rotation axis conversion gear mechanism arranged in the housing, and a synchronous rotation mechanism arranged in the housing. The synchronous rotation mechanism transmits a driving force of the second shaft to the plurality of tool mounting shafts, and rotates the plurality of tool mounting shafts at the same rotational speed and with synchronous phase angles.
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a rope cleaning device comprises a scraper ring which engages grooves between strands of a wire rope to scrape out foreign material from the grooves as the wire rope passes through the scraper ring, a wiper ring positioned in series with the scraper ring for wiping the surface of the wire rope as the wire rope passes through the wiper ring and a rotational mechanism which allows the scraper ring to rotate about the axis of the wire rope.
