Abstract: Methods, apparatus and computer program products are provided for monitoring compliance in reporting unclaimed property. The method is capable of identifying both potential non-reporters and potential under-reporters. In this regard, potential under-reporters may be identified as a result of a multilevel review that may take into account the recent reporting history, both in terms of frequency and the type and quantity of unclaimed property that has been reported. The potential non-reporters and potential under-reporters may then be further evaluated, such as by means of an audit or other follow up procedure, to insure compliance.

Abstract: Various aspects of one or more methods, apparatuses and data processor program products capable of enabling management of data associated with an athleticism development program are disclosed herein. These various aspects include maintaining a database including subscriber performance data for a plurality of athleticism development program subscribers and facilitating preparation of a subscriber performance report for a specified one of the plurality of athleticism development program subscribers. The subscriber performance data is capable of enabling an attained standardized athleticism level to be determined for each one of the athleticism development program subscribers. The implementation of standardized athleticism levels is advantageous as it supports a measurable plan of progress for motivating a subscriber and trainer to meet their individual and mutual goals.
Abstract: A corporate linkage system and method provides customers with complete, accurate, and timely lists of corporate linkage locations, including monitoring company lists for changes to location lists, matching stored locations to a company or third party list of locations, providing detailed coding on matches, and batch updates to global files.
Abstract: Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, to manage context information of events. Data characterizing an event is received, a data structure is generated, and an event resolution procedure that is to be initiated is determined (e.g., based on the data characterizing the event and one or more associated business processes being identified). The event may be defined in a business process (e.g., a computer-implemented business), for example, as a business activity. The relevance of the event to one or more business processes may be computed (e.g., to determine if the event relates to a business process such that action for a business process may be required) such that relevant business processes are identified. The data structure may be generated in response to receipt of the data (e.g., after the identification of the event or at about the same time).
Abstract: A system for managing absenteeism in an organization includes an absenteeism module to process absenteeism data relating to absenteeism of a person. A health module processes health data relating to the use of a plurality of health related facilities and/or services by the person. A reward determining module determines a reward for the person wherein the reward is determined based on the absenteeism of the person and on the use by the person of the plurality of health related facilities and/or services and a reward allocating module to allocate the reward to the person.
