A lip commissure hook extends from a first end of the body in a curved configuration, and an intraoral portion extends from the lip commissure hook to form a gap between the intraoral portion and the body. An outer mandibular contact extends from the body. The flow channel extends through the lip commissure hook and the intraoral portion to the first opening and to a second opening located at a second end of the body. The intraoral portion and the outer mandibular contact are configured to apply frictional forces against the user's mandible and cheek to stabilize the oral interface upon the user.
