The method includes: transmitting, by a terminal device, a transaction note request of a target user to a server; receiving a transaction note file fed back by the server, the transaction note file being generated by the server based on transaction note data after the server performs an identity authentication on the target user based on the transaction note request and searches a predetermined security domain database for the transaction note data in response to a successful identity authentication; and displaying transaction note data in the transaction note file.

Abstract: The disclosure provides an intra-day/hourly balancing of a fund index. The disclosure includes retrieving the value of an underlying index at a first balancing point at a point in time that is close, in time, to the balancing point and determining the value of the underlying index at a second balancing point. If the value of the underlying index increased, then the method increases an exposure to the underlying index. If the value of the underlying index decreased, then the method decreases the exposure. The method may then compare the current trading volatility of the underlying index to a historic trading volatility. If the current volatility is greater than the historic volatility, then the method decreases the leverage of the intra-day index with respect to the underlying index. If the current volatility is less than the historic volatility, then the method increases the leverage.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a latency floor mechanism for processing incoming orders to an electronic trading system which impart a delay on orders, not when they are received, but when they are matched by the match engine/CLOB thereby imparting zero added latency between order submission/modifications/cancellations and price market data publication by the electronic trading system because the disclosed randomization processing delay applies only to matched orders, which represent a small fraction of the market events.

Abstract: Methods and systems for authenticating communications sessions, such as voice and video calls, are described herein. A communications session, such as a video or voice call, may be detected. The communications session may relate to a transaction, such as a financial transaction. An authorization request may be received during the communications session. The authorization request may be received by a secure transaction application and via a first communications channel that is different from a second communications channel used for the communications session. A request to approve one or more goods or services to be purchased via the transaction may be displayed. In response to user input responding to the request, an authorization of the transaction may be transmitted to a server. The authorization may be configured to cause the server to initiate payment for the transaction using payment information associated with a user.

Generating the dynamic offer includes associating a rule for manipulating the value of the dynamic offer based on a context input. The service provider device may modify the schedule in accordance with the request. The service provider device may send a second communication indicating that the schedule has been modified in accordance with the request or seeking information required to complete the modification.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for obtaining vehicle operating conditions at or near a section of roadway in order to determine whether existing/current roadway infrastructure at or near that section of roadway is causing a loss in operating efficiency. Vehicle operating conditions may be communicated by vehicles to roadside units via a vehicle-to-infrastructure communications system. Upon a determination that the existing/current roadway infrastructure is causing the loss in operating efficiency, one or more recommendations for improvements to the existing/current roadway infrastructure may be suggested to a municipality controlling the section of roadway. Estimates regarding the effectiveness of the improvements as well as actual measurements regarding implemented improvements may be determined in order to justify proceeding with implementing the improvements and/or generate additional improvement recommendations.
