Abstract: The present invention relates to a chamber for a firearm. The firearm chamber of the present invention includes a barrel with an inwardly extending angled surface for engaging with a receiver. The receiver includes a complementary angled surface portion for mating the receiver and barrel together to form the chamber. The receiver includes an insert which has the complementary angled surface portion for mating with the barrel.
