    Abstract: A bobbling toy exciter is provided for gently tapping the bobbling portion of the bobbling toy to create a continuous movement of the bobbling portion. A bob or other mass may be added to the end of the flexible arm to more effectively strike the toy. The flexible arm may extend transversely from the shaft of a rotating motor. The flexible arm may also transversely extend from a pivoting vertical rod. The present bobbling toy exciter gently creates movement and action in bobbling toys which would require manual excitation, so that the user may continuously enjoy the bobbling movement.

The cable mount includes the fine height adjustment system that is coupled to the pivoting member. The pivoting member is pivotable in an upward direction or a downward direction upon movement of the fine height adjustment system without relieving tension from the cable system. The total distance of travel provided by fine height adjustment may be less than an incremental distance with coarse height adjustment.

To use the rattle, a hunter strikes and rubs the two tines together to create the sound of deer antlers clashing, thus calling deer to the hunter. Each staff may have a handle with a guide groove, which holds the tine of other staff when the staves are screwed together.
