  • Patent number: 10325515
Abstract: An incrementally-sized Standard-Sized eating-ware system and process comprise a plurality of formulas to establish and assign Standard Sizes to eating-ware. The Standard Sizes are based on a series of incrementally-sized flat surfaces, and the flat surfaces establish the basis for total volumetric capacity equivalents. The total volumetric capacity equivalents comprise volume inside the eating-ware and directly above the eating-ware. The Standard Sizes are used as a guide to control amount and rate of food consumed. The incrementally-sized Standard-sized eating-ware system and process provide a plurality of incrementally-sized Standard-Sized eating-ware components having successively decreasing Standard Sizes appointed to be utilized in a graduated manner over a period of time and deployed during intervals to provide gradual and unnoticeable food adjustment.

  • Patent number: 10315089
Abstract: A basketball shooting training device includes a main frame, a first vertical rail structure having vertical and oblique rail portions, a first sliding base, and a first basketball imitation member. The first vertical rail structure is disposed on the main frame. The first sliding base is slidably disposed on the first vertical rail structure for sliding along the first vertical rail structure. The first basketball imitation member is connected to the first sliding base. When the first basketball imitation member is propped and then propelled upwardly by a user's hand, the first sliding base slides from a first initial position on the vertical rail portion to a shooting position on the oblique rail portion for guiding the user's hand to complete a set shot along the first vertical rail structure.

  • Patent number: 10311748
Abstract: An incrementally-sized dishware system and method for weight management gradually modifies food portion consumption behavior to provide healthier eating habits. The incrementally-sized dishware system and method includes a plurality of incrementally-sized plates having successively differentiated plate surface areas. Each of the incrementally-sized plate surface areas is successively different by an increment to modify food portion delivery to a user. When utilizing the incrementally-sized dishware system and method a user selects a starting plate surface area based on a combination of weight management factors, and over time successively shifts to plates having smaller/larger plate surface areas. Interval changes between the dishes of the incrementally-sized dishware system and method adjust the amount of food consumed and rate of weight loss over time.

  • Patent number: 10306881
Abstract: A Helical Deer Rattle is disclosed. The rattle is made of two staves having tines of high-density polymer that replicates the density and mass of deer antlers. Each staff has a single helix-shaped tine. The two tines are formed so that they can be screwed together for silent transportation and easy storage. To use the rattle, a hunter strikes and rubs the two tines together to create the sound of deer antlers clashing, thus calling deer to the hunter. Each staff may have a handle with a guide groove, which holds the tine of other staff when the staves are screwed together. A cord may be included with each handle, to further assist in securing the tines to the handles of the other staff.

  • Patent number: 10307651
Abstract: A portable soccer goal frame with a base to which removable vertical poles having top side bar supports are joined holds a net to create a goal opening. The top side bar supports have a unique shape and extend horizontally from the top of the vertical poles in a manner that reduces the weight placed on the net fabric hung between the vertical poles. The top side bar supports also create a depth of the goal pocket without need for additional vertical posts. Each vertical post creates a pivot point at its bottom end, such that each vertical post is urged apart from the other post to create tension or leverage between the opposite top side bar supports, thus creating a more realistic goal shape and reducing sag at the top edge of the goal opening.

Abstract: A crossbow including first and second flexible limbs attached to a center rail. A first cam is mounted to the first bow limb and rotatable around a first axis. A draw string is received in string guide journals and is secured to first and second cams. The draw string unwinds from the string guide journals as it translates from a released configuration to a drawn configuration. • Patent number: 10220287
Abstract: A stabilized course sand bunker and method of making the same is disclosed. The soil making up the bunker is contoured and stabilized so that it is in the form of a pit having a downward angularly extending keyway surrounding the opening at the top edge of the pit. A semi-solid precursor material is applied over the pit and keyway and allowed to cure to form a barrier liner having a flanged anchoring portion for location under some additional soil and turf grass. Bunker sand is disposed over the barrier liner. The barrier liner when cured enables water in the bunker to pass through it, is sufficient flexible to dampen and absorb the impact of a golf ball strike, all the while stabilizing and protecting the edge of the bunker where the turf grass meets the sand in the bunker.
