An elastic member having a groove penetrating thereon is sandwiched between the elastic portion and the weight. The elastic member includes a first damping portion and a second damping portion arranged on two opposite side f the groove along a vibration direction. The groove can effectively avoid the detachment of the elastic member from the elastic member and the weight, thus improving the vibration stability of the vibration motor.
