The laundry treating apparatus further including a system managing unit enabling the drive controller and display unit to exchange data with the display unit controller, ordering operation of the display unit, and running the processing unit control program, a list storage unit storing a program list the display unit controller runs, and a monitoring unit for initializing the system managing unit if the processing unit control program is not at the list storage unit.

Abstract: A system for and method of removing residues, deposits, and debris from a substrate that has been marked by a chemical etching process is disclosed. The system includes one or more upper sprayers that deposit a cleaning solution to a top surface of the product as it passes beneath the one or more upper sprayers. The system further includes at least one upper brush that operates to scrub the top surface of the product after the cleaning solution has been applied thereto. The system optionally includes one or more lower sprayers and lower brushes to clean a bottom surface of the product as it is conveyed through the system. The system further includes an air knife system that assists with drying the product prior to exiting the system. The system further includes a controller that is operable to adjust various system parameters.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system and process for removing hardened lubricant, contaminants and other debris from an enclosed gearbox of an actuator in the gas, oil, and power industries that allows the oil or gas pipeline to continue to operate uninterrupted during servicing. The system operates at a low pressure and includes two pumps: an upstream pump that pumps a non-corrosive mineral oil-based cleaning agent into the gearbox; and a downstream pump that pulls off the pressure from within the gearbox as part of the circulation of the flush system. The system and process are further provided with a clean tank for storing an influent cleaning agent, a waste tank for storing an effluent cleaning agent, and a circulation tank used during the flush circulation process. The system and process may also include a rotatable mounting assembly that is secured to the gearbox of the actuator.

Abstract: A wafer processing system has a ring maintenance module for loading wafers into a chuck assembly, and for cleaning and inspecting the chuck assembly used in electroplating processors of the system. A shaft is attached to a rotor plate. A rotation motor rotates the shaft and a rotor plate on the shaft. A chuck clamp on an upper end of the shaft holds the chuck assembly onto the rotor plate. A lift motor raises and lowers the rotor plate and the shaft, to move open the chuck assembly for wafer loading and unloading, and to move the chuck assembly into different process positions. A swing arm having spray nozzles may be provided for cleaning the chuck assembly.
