Abstract: A method is provided of producing and assembling a multi-part surface-mountable physical-activity lamina for use in aiding or supplementing a physical-activity in a physical-activity environment. There is a step a] of providing a first graphic design model of the lamina; and b] segmenting the first graphic design model into a plurality of graphic design model portions. A step c] follows of arranging the graphic design model portions into a more compact second graphic design defining a reduced surface area; and then d] the second graphic design being applied to a lamina substrate having another surface area. The lamina substrate is then separated into lamina elements corresponding to the graphic design model portions, followed by a step e] of assembling the lamina elements onto a mounting surface at a physical-activity environment to form the surface-mountable physical-activity lamina.
Abstract: A color printing system includes a color management server and one or more printing devices. The color management server manages color printing resources among the printing devices. A test chart is printed at a printing device and used to capture calibration measurement data. Calibration settings are defined for the calibration measurement data. A tone reproduction curve (TRC) is generated based on the calibration measurement data and the calibration settings. The TRC is stored with the TRC settings and calibration measurement data to be used at a printing device. ICC profiles are shared between printing devices following a match calibration operation between the printing devices. An ICC profile is transferred from one printing device to another. If the ICC profile is updated, then the updated ICC profile is transferred to the matched printing device.
Abstract: An image processing apparatus comprises: an obtaining unit that obtains a luminance of an input image having a color reproduction range wider than that of a printing apparatus; a conversion unit that performs, for the input image, conversion processing of obtaining a value included in the color reproduction range of the printing apparatus and obtaining the luminance of the image after the conversion; and a correction unit that corrects the luminance of the input image, wherein the correction unit performs correction of the luminance of the input image based on a conversion characteristic between the obtained luminance and the obtained luminance such that an intensity of the correction becomes higher for a color that is not included in the color reproduction range of the printing apparatus than for a color included in the color reproduction range of the printing apparatus.

Abstract: In an image forming device, an image forming engine is configured to form an image. The memory stores configuration information and confidential information. The controller is configured to operate based on the configuration information. In a case where a storage medium is connected to the input output interface, and the storage medium stores import configuration information and import instruction information, the controller imports the import configuration information as the configuration information to the memory by using the import instruction information, encrypts the import instruction information by using the confidential information, and stores the encrypted import instruction information in the storage medium. After the import configuration information is imported, the controller operates according to the import configuration information.
Abstract: The controller causes the print engine to perform preliminary ejection on a maintenance sheet that is a print sheet different from the print sheet of the user document image, and to print an inspection chart image on a maintenance sheet. Abstract: A computer system for recycling value instruments in an automated teller machine has a memory storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive an image of a value instrument obtained by an automated teller machine for deposit. The image of the value instrument is analyzed to determine its condition. Then, based on the condition of the value instrument, it may be determined that the value instrument is suitable for recycling to fulfill withdrawals. Upon determining that the value instrument is suitable for recycling to fulfill withdrawals, recycling of the value instrument by the automated teller machine is initiated and an indication reflecting the recycling is generated so as to influence when a next servicing of the automated teller machine will occur. Related methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.
