Abstract: An automatic chemical solution formulating device combines and mixes stored solids and liquids into user specified formulations and dispenses those formulations into containers. Chemical solids are stored in cartridges of material separated into predetermined dosages (for example in reeled blister packs), avoiding the need for weighing during formulation. Elements include user interface, computer-controlled automated loading and unloading port for reagent-containing cartridges, cartridge conveyor system, reader for identifying cartridges, blister-pack strip drive system, punching mechanism to release reagents, portioning chamber to mix solvent with solids or liquids with optional portioning, accommodating formulation delivery port, position sensors, liquid flow measuring devices, liquid and gas pumps and valves, and label printer. The combination of these elements allows high-speed formulation and dispensing of user-specified formulations.

In an example, the present disclosure is directed to an automated, seamless payment system for use at a gas station or convenience store. In particular, the application is related to a payment system for use at a pay at pump arrangement that does not require the user to provide a specific payment method at the time of the gas pump use.

Abstract: A system for controlling movers in a linear drive system includes a plurality of movers and a track providing segments along which the movers may travel and holding driver coils and a segment controller controlling the driver coils. Some of the segments having switches forming branches between segments. A central controller communicates operates with the segment controllers to route the movers along the track by distributing routing decisions for a given mover to a segment controller for a track on which a given mover is currently traveling.

The storage container includes a base and four walls extending up from edges of the base, thereby defining a top opening of the storage container. The delivery container includes a base and four walls extending up from edges of the base. The holder for the delivery container is telescopically retained within the storage container and extendable from the opening of the storage container. The holder has a side-access opening, which is revealed on extension of the holder from the storage container. The delivery container can be guided into and out from the side-access opening of the holder and the delivery container can be slidably retained within the holder for storage within the storage container.

The system determines a measured volume per unit time parameter associated with fuel dispensed from the fuel dispensing terminal by dividing the determined volume for fuel by the interaction period. The system compares the measured volume per unit time parameter with a threshold volume per unit time parameter. In response to determining that the measured volume per unit time parameter is less than the threshold volume per unit time parameter, the system retrieves a video feed that shows the fuel dispensing terminal during the fuel dispensing operation. The system creates a file for the fuel dispensing operation. The system stores the video feed in the created file.

The hopper also includes a baffle supported by the housing and disposed in the interior. The baffle is disposed between upper and lower ends of the interior. The baffle is arranged to support a portion of the plurality of pharmaceuticals above the baffle when the plurality of pharmaceuticals is held in the interior of the housing. This relieves the head pressure of the pharmaceuticals at the outlet.

The product includes a power supply, a controller, a persistent memory coupled to the controller, and a radio module. The product is configured to be operable in a plurality of states, and a state of the product is in an inactivated state. The method includes receiving via the radio module an activation message and an authorization token. The method includes attempting to validate the authorization token based on a preset authorization information and the state of the product. The method includes, (i) when the validation is not successful, rejecting the activation message without changing the state of the product; and (ii) when the validation is successful, changing the state of the product from the inactivated state to an activated state.
