Abstract: A method for part replacement timing optimization. The method includes training a wear estimate model. Training the model includes predicting a plurality of wear patterns for a part, each wear pattern corresponding to a degree of severity. Training images are rendered for each wear pattern. Each of the training images is labeled with the corresponding degree of severity. A neural network is then trained with the labeled training images. An image of a deployed part associated with a machine is received and fed into the trained wear estimate model. The method further includes receiving a wear estimate for the part image from the trained wear estimate model, estimating a change in performance of the machine based on the wear estimate, and determining a machine utilization pattern for the machine. The machine utilization pattern and the change in performance estimate are combined to determine an optimal time to replace the part.

The document is tailored to the residence of the individual. This includes hiding or condensing one or more portions of the document that pertain to laws in other jurisdictions. Abstract: A system and method are provided for searching and monitoring assets available for acquisition. The method includes receiving a first signal including data associated with an acquiring entity, receiving a second signal including search data generated by the acquiring entity when interacting with at least one electronic listing service comprising searchable data associated with a plurality of assets available for acquisition, storing user profile data for the acquiring entity, the user profile data comprising at least a portion of the data associated with the acquiring entity, and at least a portion of the search data. The method also includes using the user profile data to search or monitor assets listed in the at least one electronic listing service to generate a result list of matched assets and sending a third signal including an electronic notification related to the result list, to a device associated with the acquiring entity.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of lead routing with a lead-management system including, in some embodiments, sending borrower information for a potential borrower from a database server of a lending platform to a database server of a brokering platform to supply buyer information for a potential buyer of real estate. The method also includes, in some embodiments, capturing real estate-buying criteria of the potential buyer. The method also includes, in some embodiments, matching the potential buyer with up to five licensed real-estate professionals associated with the brokering platform using at least in part some of the real estate-buying criteria. The method also includes, in some embodiments, notifying each real-estate professional of the up-to-five licensed real-estate professionals of the potential buyer by way of at least a text message sent by a web server of the brokering platform through an SMS gateway.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a method for determining an interview script in a claims submission. The method may comprising receiving data relating to a claim being submitted, which may include claims submission data input by a user, information relating to the user, and one or more features. Data associated with the one or more features may be determined from an artificial intelligence model. A first score based on the data associated with the one or more features and data associated with the information relating to the user may be determined and used to determine an interview script. In one embodiment, questions in the interview script may continue to be provided to the interviewer computer if a continually updated score remains above a predetermined threshold. In another embodiment, the user may be routed to a live interview with a human representative if a continually updated score drops below a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: A system and associated method may utilize a processor that receives recall product instance group (RPIG) information (RPIGI) identifying a set of instances of products having a product type identifier (PTI) that are a subject of a product recall. The processor receives, from an imaging device associated with a user, an image containing a product instance. The method further comprises applying a classifier and determining a PTI. Based on the image, secondary product information is also identified. These may be compared with the RPIGI to determine a product instance membership. Information related to the product instance membership in the RPIG may be displayed.

An inspection coordination application program interface (API) can create at least one periodic inspection task list. Each periodic inspection task list can include a number of tasks and assets, chosen based on the total time allotted for completion of the periodic inspection task list and the complexity of the inspection task definitions of each physical asset. Mobile electronic device can be configured to present the periodic inspection task list as a series of discrete tasks and to receive task list response data in response to each discrete task. Response data can be compared to benchmarks and standards, and issues can be escalated to external systems. An analytics engine can automatically produce inspection compliance documentation for each of the physical assets related to the periodic inspection task list.
