The C1-C4 lower alcohols may include methanol, ethanol, and so on. The polyalcohols may include butylene glycol, propylene glycol, pentylene glycol. The mixtures may include a mixture of water and a lower alcohol, a mixture of water and a polyalcohol, a mixture of water and a lower alcohol and a polyalcohol, or a mixture of water, a lower alcohol and a polyalcohol.
