Abstract: Disclosed are a multilayer coating film made from a natural material and a method of producing the same. The multilayer coating film may be produced by forming a multilayer coating film through formation of a color coating film for providing adhesion and color to a cork on the cork material and a clear coating film for realizing texture and supplementing properties on the color coating film. As such, the multilayer coating film may be made from a natural material to diversify the color and gloss of cork as a natural material, to additionally increase marketability of an interior material and provide various appearance, to prevent discoloration due to light (e.g. UV light.) and water permeation, and to enhance durability against abrasion, scratches and the like.

Abstract: A coating method for forming a laminated coating film including a lower layer formed on a base material and an upper layer formed on the lower layer including: preparing a thermosetting coating material as a lower layer-coating material and preparing a thermosetting coating material as an upper layer-coating material; forming an uncured laminated coating film by applying the lower layer-coating material and the upper layer-coating material on the base material using a wet-on-wet technique; and simultaneously curing the lower layer-coating material and the upper layer-coating material by baking the uncured laminated coating film. In the preparation step, the lower layer-coating material and the upper layer-coating material are selected so that an absolute value of a difference in shrinkage ratio between the lower layer and the upper layer coating materials is 2.0% or smaller at a late stage of the baking step.
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a method for spraying a chemical solution that makes it possible to uniformly apply a chemical solution onto a moving body and that exhibits excellent spraying efficiency. [Solution] The present invention is directed to a method for spraying a chemical solution in which, in a dry part D of a paper-making machine, a chemical solution is continuously sprayed onto a moving body that guides wet paper X, while a nozzle device S is reciprocating in directions orthogonal to a moving direction of the moving body with the moving body in motion, wherein: the moving body is a cylindrical dryer roller D1 or an endless canvas K1; and a travel distance H that the nozzle device S moves during a single rotation of the moving body and a width W of a sprayed area that is formed on the moving body by the nozzle device S satisfy the relationship represented by the following expression: 0.5?H/W?20.
Abstract: A nozzle starts discharging a processing liquid while a spin chuck holds and rotates a substrate having a water-repellent film being formed on a surface thereof. The processing liquid is discharged to a position spaced away from the center of the substrate by a preset distance, and flows so as to converge into one stream on the substrate immediately after discharge of the processing liquid starts. This achieves suppression of the minute water droplets. Moreover, the nozzle is moved toward outside of the substrate while discharging the processing liquid successively. This allows entire flow of the processing liquid to move toward outside of the substrate while the processing liquid converging into one stream on the substrate is maintained. Here, inside the flow of the processing liquid is a dried region.

Abstract: The present invention provides, in at least one embodiment, a memorial process in the memorial industry utilizing a novel photo resist process and novel state of the art design ordering software. The software allows the customer to create and order a design online with the family present. The software solves problems including that the conventional process requires an approval of a layout or requires a professional draftsman on site to draw the customer's design. The software also allows for barcode label tracking throughout the process. Finely detailed engravings are achieved using the photo resist engraving process in the memorial industry, where the photo resist is repositionable prior to being applied to the memorial.
