A balancing unit obtains a supply-demand margin level based on the difference between: a first weighted sum obtained by performing weighted sum on the predictive power demand and a weight depending on the reliability value; and a second weighted sum obtained by performing weighted sum on the predictive power supply and a weight depending on the reliability value. A plan creator creates a plan for controlling power used by the controllable appliance of the customer based on the supply-demand margin level.

A correction amount of a displacement amount of each joint of the mobile object 101 is determined by multiplying the spring displacement amount by a pseudo inverse matrix of a Jacobian matrix representing a relation between a change amount of the position and posture of the representative contact surface per unit time and a change amount of a generalized variable vector per unit time. The displacement amount of each joint is controlled according to a corrected desired joint displacement amount obtained by correcting a desired joint displacement amount.

    Abstract: A method identifies time sensitive processing sequences within a production environment using a computerized device. The processing sequences perform operations utilizing one or more tools. The method also identifies non-committed work in process items that are grouped in non-committed lots for release into one or more of the time sensitive processing sequences, and identifies committed work in process items that are being processed in committed lots within the time sensitive processing sequences, using the computerized device. The method sorts the non-committed lots by a predetermined priority, again using the computerized device. Starting with the highest priority non-committed lot (and continuing with others of the non-committed lots in priority order) the method determines whether there is available tool capacity to process a non-committed lot through each corresponding time sensitive processing sequence using the computerized device.

    Abstract: According to a method for performing adaptive friction compensation of an actuator including a wave gear drive, there is used as a friction compensation current applied to a motor drive current a static friction compensation current is when a motor shaft stops with a deviation, and a Coulomb friction compensation current ic in other circumstances. The static friction compensation current is is obtained by adding a compensation amount isr of a monotonically increasing ramp function to a compensation amount iss of a step function, and a step-function compensation amount ics is used as the Coulomb friction compensation current ic. Since the amount of friction compensation can be changed adaptively based on the data during positioning-control response, a motor shaft can be stabilized at a target angle without prominent accompanying vibration, even if the ambient temperature changes and the friction characteristics of the wave gear drive fluctuate.
