Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and computer program products described and claimed that provide for automatically and positively determining that a customer interfacing with one business platform application using a platform-specific customer identifier is the same customer that is interfacing with another business platform application using another platform-specific customer identifier. Once the positive determination of same customer is made, a federated identifier key is generated and applied to all of the platforms, so as to globally identify the customer across multiple enterprise-wide platforms. As such, the present invention eliminates the labor-intensive need to manually analyze customer data to determine if a customer interfacing with one platform is the same customer interfacing with another platform.

Abstract: A host system generates and manages databases incorporating data gathered from a plurality of client automation systems, such as CNC machine tools. The data may include real-time data, and is captured from the client systems under supervision of software downloaded over a network from the host system to the client systems. The captured data is transmitted over the network to the host, which creates the databases. The databases preferably include a commercial database comprising data associated with customer owners or operators of the client automation system, as well as a technical database, comprising captured data, administrative and other data, organized by customer and client system. Captured data is preferably associated with the date of capture, providing for the creation of a historical database for given client equipment. With customer authorization, others, such as original equipment manufacturers, may access the captured data, for which they may be charged a fee.

The System further informs contractors, workers, site owners, and FCC licensees bow to comply with federal, state and local RF safety standards and regulations. The system provides a method for managing and accommodating RF safety training and certification relating to the radio transmission sites. The system includes a database of transmission sites with corresponding antenna systems including maps of maximum permissible exposure limits, site physical layouts and camera images. The system provides a site specific RF safety summary sheet only to users having a predetermined training certification status.
