  • Patent number: 11410759
Abstract: A system and method for recording video healthcare information of an individual under care without deleting data, includes a device for capturing data and configured to transmit a signal identifying the device, a memory for storing rules, a buffer, a database; and a processor. The processor receives the device identification signal and said data, and retrieves the rules from the memory. Based on the rules, the processor determines, whether the data is to be stored in the database or the buffer. Based on the content of the data, the processor determines the device location, the data recordation time and date, whether the individual under care is identified, and the individual's activity, and based on the rules and the location, time and date, individual identification, and activity, whether the data is proof of service delivery data to be stored in the database or eliminated from the buffer.

  • Patent number: 11410761
Abstract: A computer system may parse a set of medical events of a patient and determine when the patient has been taking a first medication and a second medication. The computer system may determine the duration of time in which the patient has been taking the first medication. An expected duration of time for the course of treatment may be provided. When it is determined that the actual course of treatment differed from the expected duration of treatment, then the system may flag a potential drug interaction. When enough of these flags are determined, an indication of a potential drug interaction may be stored and a prompt or notification sent to other health practitioners about the potential drug interaction.

  • Patent number: 11404164
Abstract: A virtual health system is provided that creates a digital platform to connect patients to healthcare providers. Healthcare providers create profiles that describe their healthcare specialty and provide scheduling information that indicates their availability along with preferences such as appointment or meeting length, minimum break between appointment, and price. Patients create profiles that includes demographic information as well as medical records. The patients may use the system to search for available healthcare providers using a variety of criteria, and to schedule virtual health services such as video chats. The system facilitates payment for the healthcare services, and records any notes, assignments, or prescriptions generated by the healthcare provider during the services. In the event that a patient would like to engage a different healthcare provider associated with the system, the system only allows access to the patient records after receiving permission from the patient.

  • Patent number: 11398309
Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for using a robotic device to autonomously monitor activity within a property to predict a high likelihood of germ or disease transmission, and in response, perform one or more sterilization operations to regions of a property to reduce the likelihood of germ or disease transmission. In some implementations, sensor data collected by one or more sensors located within a property is processed. One or more activity patterns of a user located within the property based on processing the sensor data is identified. A determination to perform a sterilization operation based on the one or more activity patterns of the user is made. An instruction is provided to a robotic device located in the property to perform the sterilization operation.

  • Patent number: 11393568
Abstract: A system for managing prescriptions via a blockchain is provided. The system records in the blockchain a prescription transaction that identifies a prescription that has been written for a patient. The system then records in the blockchain a submission selection transaction with code for controlling selection of a pharmacy to dispense the prescription. For pharmacies that provide a submission for dispensing the prescription, the system records in the blockchain a submission transaction with submission information relating to dispensing of the prescription by the pharmacy. When a pharmacy is selected to dispense the prescription, the system records in the blockchain a selected submission transaction indicating the pharmacy selected to dispense the prescription. When the prescription is dispensed, the system records in the blockchain a dispense transaction indicating that the selected pharmacy has dispensed the prescription.

  • Patent number: 11380435
Abstract: Automated assistance program qualification and enrollment are provided. An assistance program qualification and enrollment (APQE) system determines whether a user qualifies for an assistance program that offers assistance with an ongoing transaction record with a service provider. The APQE system generates a set of questions based on qualification data (used to make a qualification determination) that are not included in collected user data and financial data about the user. The user's qualification is based on an evaluation of the user data, financial data, and user-provided responses to the questions. If the user qualifies for the assistance program, an option is provided to the user to enroll in the assistance program. If additional information is needed to complete an enrollment process for the assistance program, an interface is provided that enables the user to provide the data for completing the process.

  • Patent number: 11379931
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for predicting probability of a clinical invoice being paid by a specified date. A clinical invoice is a request for payment. The clinical invoice can take the form of an insurance claim, bill to a person (e.g., self-insured, co-pay), or submission to a government entity (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid). Healthcare facilities do not know how long they will have to wait between submitting an invoice and receiving compensation from government, insurance, or other payers. The methods described herein can be used to estimate the probability of payment occurring by a specified date. This information can be used to triage outstanding claims for investigation and to improve outstanding cash forecasts. The technology described herein uses survival curves to estimate when an invoice will be paid.

  • Patent number: 11361846
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for customizing monitoring programs involving remote devices. In some implementations, at least one of subject attribute data describing characteristics of subjects or subject outcome data including results from monitoring programs that involved the subjects are extracted from a subject database. The subjects are grouped into different groups according to levels of similarity among attributes of the subjects or monitored outcomes for the subjects. A profile is constructed for a group which includes defining inclusion criteria for the group based on aggregate data for the subjects in the group. Data sets are used in the subject database to characterize, for each profile, differing effects of elements of monitoring programs on program compliance outcomes for subjects that satisfy the criteria of the profile.

  • Patent number: 11357573
Abstract: A technique relates to coronary reconstruction. Angiogram data associated with cardiac catheterization of an artery for a subject is received, where a contrasting agent is used during the cardiac catheterization. Frames that match from the angiogram data are selected, the frames being from different views. Two-dimensional ordered point clouds for the frames are formed. A three-dimensional ordered point cloud of a reconstructed coronary artery for the subject from the two-dimensional ordered point clouds of the frames is formed. Observed contrast motion caused by the contrasting agent onto the reconstructed coronary artery is mapped, the reconstructed coronary artery thereby providing a three-dimensional model of the artery of the subject during the cardiac catheterization.
