Abstract: A new Kalanchoe cultivar named ‘Forever Midi Frosty Red’ characterized by the combined features of red colored flowers and silver-green colored foliage with cream variegation and excellent basal branching.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Hosta plant named ‘Titanic’, characterized by a unique variegation pattern with dark-green centers and relatively wide uneven yellow margins.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of strawberry plant named ‘Cal Giant 3’ that produces equivalent yields of equally high quality fruit in both fumigated and non-fumigated conditions, is resistant to many common foliar and soil borne diseases and pests, and has unusually execellent fruit flavor and aroma. Further, ‘Cal Giant 3’ has the potential to out-produce all currently grown varieties during the first half of the season, and to equal or exceed total season production of all currently grown varieties.
Abstract: A new Kalanchoe cultivar named ‘Forever Maxi Orchid’ characterized by its large red-purple colored flowers, finely lobed leaf margin, semi-mounded growth habit and good lateral and basal branching.
Abstract: A new Kalanchoe cultivar named ‘Forever Maxi Salmon’ characterized by its salmon colored flowers, tall and upright growth habit and good lateral and basal branching.
Abstract: ‘Fisson Orange’ is characterized by uniform orange-red bract color of medium size; flat involucre with strongly lobed bracts; intense dark-green foliage with distinct lobes; compact and very well-branched, round plant habit; and medium to early flowering response.
Abstract: ‘Fiscor Hot Pink’ is characterized by uniform rose-red bract color (RHS 52A); medium-sized, flat involucre with moderately lobed bracts; intense dark-green foliage with weak lobes; compact and low, relatively wide plant habit; medium to early flowering response; and relatively good keeping quality of bracts and foliage.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Hosta plant named ‘Old Glory’, characterized by a unique variegation pattern with relatively wide dark-green margins and light-yellow centers. The new Hosta including clusters of lavender flowers positioned above the foliage.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Philodendron plant named ‘Xanadu-II’, characterized by its dark green, glossy, deeply-lobed leaves; long petioles; and upright growth habit. The new Philodendron is derived from the cultivar Winterbourn, disclosed in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7,030. The new Philodendron is distinguished from the cultivar Winterbourn by its larger and more deeply lobed leaves, and its taller and more upright growth habit. These differences are particularly evident in juvenile plants which have not attained reproductive maturity.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of agapanthus named ‘Snowstorm’ having a higher number of umbels per inflorescence, dense foliage of very short narrow leaves compared with other cultivars of the same genus Agapanthus praecox orientalis ‘Albus’.
Abstract: This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of strawberry named ‘Canterbury’. The variety is similar to the varieties ‘Coronada’ and ‘San Miguel’. The variety is distinguished from ‘Coronado’ and ‘San Miguel’, in particular, by its upright to globose habit, very strong plant vigor, high density, obtuse shape of the terminal leaflet base, medium to dense petiole pubescence, its inflorescence being positioned level with the leaves, very slight to slight difference in the shapes of the primary and secondary fruits, absent or very weak unevenness of surface, strong sweetness, and fine texture when tasted.
