Abstract: The invention concerns a liquid composition comprising more than 50 wt. % of frit, a solvent and a thermosetting resin containing: at least a polyhydroxypolyester and/or a polyhydroxypolyacrylate whereof the OH index ranges between 3 and 100 mg KOH/g and with a molecular weight less than 100000 g/mol; at least a crosslinking agent adapted to cause the hydroxy functions of said polymers to react by transesterification or polyaddition. Said composition provides stability facilitating coating on sheet metal at room temperature, good adherence of the crosslinked coating on the sheet metal, enabling forming before vitrification of the frit.

The granulation is carried out by stirring, in water, of a PTFE powder and a filler in the presence of an organic liquid forming liquid-liquid interface with water and an anionic surfactant and/or nonionic surfactant such as a segmented polyalkylene glycol having a hydrophobic segment and hydrophilic segment and deagglomerating of the powder.

This process can produce vinyl alcohol polymer compositions comprising a metal oxide without causing property unevenness, the compositions being capable of maintaining their excellent gas-barrier properties when exposed to high-temperature and high-humidity conditions or after being repeatedly bent.

According to the present invention, there can be provided a powdery dispersant for preparing a hydraulic composition, which has excellent fluidity and dispersibility. The dispersant can be added to cement in advance.
Abstract: Herein are disclosed polymeric metal salts useful in catalyzing oxygen scavenging by oxygen scavenging polymers. The polymeric metal salts comprise structure I:

These polymeric metal salts are substantially non-extractable from a packaging article comprising the metal salts. Abstract: A composition for molding a biodegradable plastic comprises 100 parts by weight of (A) a biodegradable component comprising an aliphatic polyester as a main ingredient; and preferably 5 to 55 parts by weight of (B) a biodegradable component comprising a starch material containing a destructured starch as a main ingredient. The composition can be subjected to secondary processings such as cutting and bonding and can be molded into a biodegradable sheet having a desired rigidity.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the printing apparatus employs a thermal ink jet process wherein the ink in the nozzles is selectively heated in an imagewise pattern, thereby causing droplets of the ink to be ejected in imagewise pattern.
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for coated glass work, compositions and multilayer coatings. A multilayer coated glass work includes: a substrate; and a composition coupled to the substrate, the composition defining a multilayer coating coupled to the substrate. Each of a plurality of sublayers that compose the multilayer coating includes, when initially coupled to the substrate, glass powder, water and methyl cellulose. Multi-layer coated colored printed glass panels based on the invention do not break during firing. The composition as prepared is acid-free, non-toxic, odorless, and colorless. The composition has a long shelf life, a good consistency similar to a screen printing ink and offers an adhesive surface on which to apply additional colored glass powder evenly. The invention results in clear, detailed, dense and brilliant colored images. The invention makes it possible to produce editioned fine art pieces with a printed design inside of glass.
