A lock protrusion transversely protrudes away from the outer side wall surface into the frame perpendicular to the mating direction. The frame comprises an interior undercut space at least partly defined by the bottom wall and the inner side wall surface. The interior undercut space is occupied by a portion of the frame, preferably by means of over molding.

When the outlet device is applied to a plate, the counterweight portion is arranged under the plate and the hanging portion is arranged on the plate, and the hanging portion remains hung on the plate by using the weight distribution of the outlet device, thereby maintaining the outlet device in a static balance state.

At least one of the coupler, the post, and the body has an integral, monolithic contacting portion to establish electrical continuity between at least two of the coupler, the body and the post. The biasing ring biases the contacting portion such that the electrical continuity is maintained regardless of the tightness of the coupling of the connector to the terminal.
