  • Patent number: 11383758
Abstract: The present invention provides a power steering apparatus capable of improving a noise/vibration characteristic derived from a pitch difference. Assuming that a belt pitch refers to a pitch between a plurality of belt tooth portions, the belt pitch in a first state refers to the belt pitch when the power steering apparatus is in an unloaded state that no electric power is supplied to an electric motor, the belt pitch in a second state refers to the belt pitch on one side pulled by a motor pulley when electric power is supplied to the electric motor, and a first pulley pitch refers to a pitch between a plurality of tooth portions of a first pulley, which is one of the motor pulley and a nut pulley that is a pulley on a smaller diameter side, a power steering apparatus satisfies Equation 1: the belt pitch in the first state<the first pulley pitch, and Equation 2: an absolute value of (the first pulley pitch?the belt pitch in the second state)<the first pulley pitch?the belt pitch in the first state.

  • Patent number: 11377144
Abstract: A quick response steering system with a steering device that steers a vehicle. An electro-hydraulic steering circuit couples to the steering device. The electro-hydraulic steering circuit includes a load sensing pump that pumps hydraulic fluid to a steering cylinder. The load sensing pump increases or decreases output from the load sensing pump in response to a pressure differential between a first fluid line and a second fluid line. A precharge valve diverts hydraulic fluid from the first fluid line to the second fluid line. A controller couples to the steering device and the precharge valve. The controller opens the precharge valve in response to input from the steering device to change a first pressure of the first fluid line to increase an output of the load sensing pump.

  • Patent number: 11370507
Abstract: The present invention disclose a continuously variable reciprocating prime mover. The feature of this continuously variable reciprocating prime mover is that the reciprocating rotatory motion of the legs is modified into the reciprocating linear flexion and extension of the legs, by which one leg is flexed while the other leg is stretching, the combined force of the legs can be multiplied by the force. After each linear motion stroke is completed, the reverse linear motion stroke is repeated, and the driving direction remains unchanged. At any moment of the full stroke of the reciprocating linear flexion and extension of the legs, both can generate 2 times of the instantaneous power equivalent to the maximum moment point of the circular rotation.
