Abstract: A method of presenting transactions to a user via a client device for review. Each of the transactions and transactions details are presented in a transaction cell. The user swipes the corresponding transaction cell, thus assigning the associated transaction to a category. In detecting a swipe across a transaction cell, a temporary (yet visible) pause of the swipe interaction is performed, alongside the presentation of an action prompt within the transaction cell directed to performing actions relevant to the transaction. Constrained by a swipe pause timer (SPT), the user is provided a short time window in which to engage the action prompt in order to pursue the actions disclosed by the action prompt. If engagement of the action prompt is not pursued by the user prior to the elapsing of the SPT, the swipe interaction proceeds without hindering the speed with which the user typically reviews a transaction.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for automatically obtaining tax documents. The system includes a taxpayer client device and a server configured to automatically identify tax return items associated with the taxpayer by analyzing a prior year tax return. The server is configured to generate a list of tax return items including the automatically identified tax return items. The server is configured to receive, from the taxpayer client device, authentication data for a third party database. The server is configured to access the third party database using the authentication data. The server is configured to receive a document from the third party database and automatically determine whether the document corresponds to a tax return item from the list of tax return items. The server is configured to automatically store the document when the document corresponds to one of the tax return items from the list of tax return items.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of communicating payment data. The method includes receiving at a server, via a digital communication network, payment data transmitted from a first computing device that is connected to a peer-to-peer network and not in direct communication with the server. The payment data is received directly from a first peer computing device that is in communication with the peer-to-peer network and the server. The method also includes, at the server, analyzing, via one or more processors, the payment data to determine a payment response message. The method also includes transmitting from the server, via the digital communication network, the payment response message to a second peer computing device that is in communication with the server and in communication with the peer-to-peer network. The payment response message is communicated from the second peer computing device to the first computing device through the peer-to-peer network.

Abstract: A vehicle transfer system provides a transaction interface that is displayed as part of a web page for a vehicle on a vehicle dealer's website. The transaction interface allows a customer to perform a vehicle transfer transaction on the dealer's website. The system can facilitate multiple financing methods for the transaction. If the transaction is financed with a loan, the system can request loan offers for a plurality of different loan terms and down payment amounts, and then provide a loan selection interface, which allows the customer to select a loan term and down payment amount and then displays the loan offers matching the customer's selections. If the transaction is financed with a lease, the system can perform a leasing calculation that solves for a balancing point between the total upfront capital that is available to the customer and the total expenses due at lease signing.
