Abstract: An overhead display assembly includes a display monitor coupled to a monitor tray. The monitor tray is positionable in an operational position and a maintenance position. A support stanchion has an anchoring part, a coupling part, and a stanchion body extending from the anchoring part to the coupling part. The anchoring part is coupleable to a fixed vertical or horizontal supporting structure. A counter-balanced hinging mechanism has one or more pivots upon which monitor tray is configured to rotate with respect to said support stanchion. A force producing device is configured to apply a variable amount of force to the monitor tray based upon a position of the display monitor, the variable amount of force being at least a force sufficient to maintain the monitor tray stationary in an intermediate position between the operational position and the maintenance position.

When the suction pad is installed, a handle is used to pull a suction disk from a flat position against a wall to a cupped position that holds the assembly tightly on the wall. When the adhesive pad is installed, a flat adhesive sheet secures the assembly to the wall.

If the groove is visible to a user then the tie-rod end is not screwed in far enough. The band can be removably securable to an exterior surface of an object, such as an industrial gauge or pipe. The assembly surface includes a first protrusion having a first cut-out slot formed thereon. The press ring is pressed onto an upper outer edge of the suction cup member. The first housing is pressed onto the press ring and includes a second protrusion for mounting onto the first protrusion. One side of the second protrusion includes a first through hole corresponding to the first cut-out slot to expose the first cut-out slot. The insertion pin partially engages with the first housing and slidably engages with the first through hole and the first cut-out slot to move in the first cut-out slot and to drive the suction cup member to move upward while forming a vacuum space underneath thereof simultaneously.

The umbrella adapter is a tubular oval design shape member consisting of an upper end and a bottom end with a center opening running thru the length. The unique tubular oval design shape and the rubber material for the center opening, enables the umbrella anchor pole to be inserted and secured inside the adaptor without the need for any other parts. The same unique tubular oval design shape and rubber material for the exterior wall, enables the adapter to be inserted and secured inside the boat hollow dining table leg mount, without the need for any other parts.

Abstract: An RV sewage drain hose hanger that may be mounted to an RV or at a suitable location at an RV sewage dump station is disclosed. The apparatus includes an attachment point for the inboard end of the RV drain hose. When the drain hose is connected to the attachment point the hose is retained in a substantially vertical orientation with the open end of the drain hose facing upwardly. Located above the drain hose attachment is a hose support connection that supports a standard garden hose above the sewage drain hose so that the nozzle of the hose is directed downwardly into the open end of the drain hose. The hose support may be defined by a first and optional second platform, each having an opening for the hose. The flow of water from the hose nozzle is aimed directly into the open end of the sewage drain hose.
