Abstract: In an example embodiment a power adapter includes a shell, a plug assembly, an electronic assembly and a protective shield, wherein the plug assembly comprises a plug and a connector electrically connected to the plug. The electronic assembly comprises a transformer and an electronic element; and the protective shield is located inside a receiving cavity and encloses a protective cavity together with a cavity wall of the receiving cavity, the connector is located inside the protective cavity, the electronic assembly is located outside the protective cavity, and the protective shield is a protective shield made of an insulating material. The power adapter reduces the influence of strong electrical interference generated by the connector on the electronic assembly, so that the space in the receiving cavity can be fully utilized, thereby realizing the small volume setting of the shell.

The housing is configured to be coupled with the wall mount, and the housing is rotatable relative to the wall mount about an axis that extends in a direction perpendicular to a rear surface of the housing between a first rotational orientation, where latching members extending from the housing can be received by and removed from latch openings in the wall mount, and a second rotational orientation, where the housing is prevented from being pulled away from the wall plate.

Abstract: A connector includes an insulative housing and a circuit board. The insulative housing comprises a housing body, an insertion plate, two side walls and a stopping wall. The housing body has a front end surface, the insertion plate is positioned at a top side of the housing body and protrudes from the front end surface, the two side walls are respectively positioned at a left side and a right side of the housing body and protrudes from the front end surface. The housing body, the insertion plate and the two side walls together form a receiving space. The stopping wall is positioned at a side of the insulating housing opposite to the insertion plate and has a stopping end positioned in front of the front end surface. The circuit board is provided to the housing body and partially protrudes into the receiving space. The stopping end of the stopping wall is stopped by the mating connector, it can prevent the user from improperly inserting the connector in an upside down orientation into the mating connector.

The modular service interface includes separable first and second halves, one or more alignment features, a connector interface and one or more electropermanent magnet modules, connector interface configured to mate the first and second halves when activated and allow the first and second halves to be separated when inactivated. The grommet includes a flange assembly portion that is assembled to the flange, and an electric wire accommodating dome portion that accommodates drawn-out portions of the plurality of electric wires being drawn out from the connector housing. The inner member includes two deformation preventing walls that prevent the electric wire accommodating dome portion from being deformed inward.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrical connector. The electrical connector includes an insulating body and one or more reinforcing members. The insulating body comprises a pair of side portions which extend in a longitudinal direction, and a pair of tower portions which are connected to respective ends of the pair of side portions. The pair of side portions and the pair of tower portions form a longitudinal card slot. The ends of the card slot extend into the pair of tower portions respectively. A reinforcing member may be arranged in a tower portion. When an electronic card is inserted into the card slot, the one or more reinforcing members can maintain the shape of the tower portions and prevent deformation or cracking of the tower portions when the electronic card is impacted by an external force.

Abstract: A cable system for a truck trailer for reducing the number and/or size of wiring in a commercial trailer cable system from seven to four, three, or two, while also facilitating bidirectional communication with all connected electronic devices in the trailer. The cable system has a ground cable, a power cable, and zero, one or two additional communication cables that may carry analog and/or digital communications between the control circuit and components of the trailer such as turn signal lamps, brake lamps, backup cameras, environmental sensors, and the like. A transformer for increasing the voltage on the power cable is disclosed, allowing the power and ground cables to be smaller without reducing power delivered to the trailer.

Abstract: An electrical connector for a compressor of an HVAC system includes electrical leads and a plug communicatively coupled to the electrical leads. The plug includes a plug body and first connectors configured to electrically couple the electrical leads to second connectors of the compressor via engagement of the first connectors with the second connectors. The first connectors are symmetrically distributed on the plug body such that the first connectors can align with the second connectors in a plurality of alignment orientations of the first connectors and the second connectors. The plug also includes at least one interference projection radially extending from a periphery of the plug body. The at least one interference projection is configured to physically interfere with a positioning guide of the compressor and block engagement between the first connectors and the second connectors in all except for one alignment orientation of the plurality of alignment orientations.

Abstract: A supply-side non-metallic contactless electrical power connector includes a housing with a metal-free coupling interface for coupling to a non-metallic load connector. A power supply electrically connects to an external power supply. A contactless electrical power transmitter is disposed within the housing and adjacent to the coupling interface. A reed switch is disposed within the housing and enters an activated state when in proximity to a magnetic field generated by the load connector. The reed switch is in electrical communication with the power supply and the contactless electrical power transmitter such that when the reed switch is activated, the contactless electrical power transmitter is electrically connected to the power supply and is enabled to contactlessly transmit electrical power to the load connector, and when the reed switch is inactivated, the reed switch prevents electrical connection between the power supply and the contactless electrical power transmitter.
