Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automated computer implemented system and method observes a user's actions in real-time and provides error checking and business intelligence. The system comprises a computer processor programmed to: generate, via the rules engine, a rule pack specific to a line of business, the rule pack comprising one or more rules; receive, via the interface, user interaction data in real-time, as a user interacts with the interface; apply, via the rules engine, the rule pack to the user interaction data; automatically identify at least one error in the user interaction data to address errors in credit disputes reporting; and generate a message responsive to the at least one error, the message displayed on the interface.

Abstract: A maintenance prioritization method, system, and computer program product, include collecting information including image data and status data for a plurality of objects of interest, building a three-dimensional image for each object, and estimating a risk factor of failure for each object by analyzing the information and the three-dimensional image of the object to compare with known characteristics of the object and a reference object description.

Abstract: Methods and systems pertaining to generating a set of appointments for a vehicle shop schedule are described. A method can comprise outputting a first vehicle shop schedule for displaying on a display. The first vehicle shop schedule comprises a first set of appointments. The method further comprises receiving a first new appointment that comprises first temporal data and first customer data. Furthermore, the method comprises generating a second set of appointments by aggregating the first new appointment with the first set of appointments and outputting a second vehicle shop schedule for displaying on the display instead of displaying the first vehicle shop schedule. The second vehicle shop schedule comprises the second set of appointments. One or more appointments can include technician data and shop resource data, such as a vehicle bay or scan tool identifier, for providing schedule views based on technicians or shop resources.

Abstract: Data is obtained specifying a measure of a data set to be analyzed by human experts and allotted time for analysis completion. Based on same, a schedule is created for a primary meeting of human experts, whose aim is to analyze the data. The meeting is evaluated to create rate estimates for hypothetical meeting partitions; and, if the primary meeting is not adhering to schedule and/or can be speeded up, the meeting partitions are simulated until a partitioning scheme is determined that can restore the meeting to schedule and/or speed it up. In another aspect, a model of focus of attention of each member of a group of individuals engaged in an activity requiring cooperation is dynamically updated, and a cooperation index is determined based on the model of focus of attention, an interaction graph, and at least one physiological parameter of at least one of the members.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for scheduling an appointment between a user and a resource of a financial institution that includes receiving, at a first computing system associated with the financial institution, a plurality of user preferences regarding the appointment from a user. The user preferences may be received while the user is using a second computing system to conduct a network-based session with the first computing system. The method includes, identifying, by a rules engine, at least one representative of the financial institution based on the user preferences received from the user and scheduling the appointment between the user and the representative based on the identification of the representative.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive, from a device, information associated with an activity for input into an enterprise integrated calendar, including a start date of the activity, a completion date of the activity, and a resource expected to be impacted by the activity from the start date to the completion date. Based on the start and completions dates and the resource impacted, a change impact score for the activity can be determined. A saturation score (or a series of saturation scores) for the resource can be generated from the start date to the completion date based on the change impact score for the activity and change impact scores of other activities. Such scores can provide information about whether the activity should remain on the enterprise calendar or be moved to a different date where the saturation scores do not exceed certain saturation levels.

The computing device may be configured to receive a route assignment including waste services to be performed by the service vehicle at a plurality of target locations, and to make a determination that the service vehicle has stopped at a non-target location based on the plurality of target locations and at least one of the first and second signals. Abstract: A method and apparatus for spawning and management of online surveys is provided. An administration and redirector subsystem (ARS) is used manage ongoing surveys for a plurality of sites. Surveys can be added to or removed from individual sites using the ARS. The ARS also tracks statistics for individual surveys. Redirector tags invite users to participate in surveys and track user survey participation through cookies. The system can be used to conduct advertisement effectiveness studies. Tracker tags and corresponding cookies are used to track users who have viewed content containing the tag. Each study is issued a unique content tag, but uses the same redirector tag.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques for calculating an entity's cybersecurity risk based on identified relationships between the entity and one or more vendors. Customer/vendor relationships may impact the cybersecurity risk for each of the parties involved because a security compromise of a downstream or upstream provider can lead to a compromise of multiple other companies. For example, if organization A uses B (e.g., a cloud service provider) to store files, and B is compromised, this may lead to organization A being compromised (e.g., the files organization A stored using B may have been compromised by the breach of B's cybersecurity). Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a technique for calculating a cybersecurity risk score for an organization based on identified customer/vendor relationships.
