Abstract: A cleaning composition is disclosed comprising a method of cleaning a substrate to remove a residue from the substrate by using a cleaning composition comprising (a) a decarboxylated rosin acid (DCR), and (b) optionally a diluent. The residue is selected from soil, dirt, sand, food, oil, grease, paint, ink, glue, adhesive, sealant, wax, tar, graffiti, asphalt, buffing compounds, cutting fluids, and mixtures thereof. At least 0.3 wt.% of the residue is removed from the substrate per cleaning cycle, based on total weight of the residue present on the substrate. The cleaning composition is stable and is effective in removing the residue from hard or soft substrates.

Abstract: Provided is a cleaner composition which causes no malfunction due to clogging even when contained in a pump foamer container, or the like, and repeatedly used, and is excellent in resilience and persistence of foam, and feeling after washing off. The cleaner composition includes a soap that is obtained by neutralizing a higher fatty acid with sodium N-methyltaurate, and a polymer including dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride as a monomer unit and having a molecular weight of 200000 or less.
Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes providing a cleaning member formed from a consumable cleaning material and including a cavity formed by one or more interior walls of the cleaning member, inserting a cleaning member remnant through an aperture of the cavity formed at a first end surface of a first end portion of the cleaning member, providing and holding a fluid in the cavity holding the cleaning member remnant when the first end surface is facing upward, and attaching the cleaning member remnant to the one or more interior walls based on holding the fluid.
Abstract: A detergent composition includes an anionic detergent surfactant blend including alkyl ethoxylate sulfate (AES) and sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). A weight ratio of AES to SLS is from about 5:1 to about 1:5. The detergent composition further includes a nonionic detergent surfactant. A weight ratio of the anionic detergent surfactant blend to nonionic detergent surfactant is from about 3:1 to about 1:3. Still further, the detergent composition includes water. A bio-based carbon content of the detergent composition based on ASTM D6866 is from about 50% to about 100% by weight of the overall detergent composition.
Abstract: A personal cleansing composition includes a surfactant system, wherein the surfactant system includes from 0.1% to 5% of a fatty acyl isethionate surfactant by weight of the composition; from 0.5% to 40% of a co-surfactant by weight of the composition; from 0.05% to 5% of a natural polysaccharide or a chemically modified natural polysaccharide by weight of the composition; wherein the personal cleansing composition includes a first and second phase, wherein the first phase is an isotropic and micellar surfactant phase; wherein the second phase is a polymer liquid crystalline phase; wherein the composition is free of alkyl sulfate and alkyl ether sulfate type of surfactants; wherein the composition exhibits a yield stress value ?y from 0.005 Pa to 3 Pa; and wherein the composition exhibits a flow viscosity from 3 Pa·s to 100 Pa·s at 25° C. at a shear rate of 1.5 s?1.

Abstract: The present invention provides a detergent composition for textile products, containing the following component (A) and component (B): component (A): an internal olefin sulfonate having 16 or more and 18 or less carbons; and component (B): an alkyl sulfate having 12 or more and 14 or less carbons.
Abstract: This present invention relates to a pre-packaged set of disinfecting solution wipes used to prevent urinary tract and other infections, and reduce to bacterial growth. The wet wipes are stored in packages until needed, and are infused with a novel water and vinegar solution. The wipes can be applied multiple times a day to help eliminate odors, soothe skin, and reduce bacteria growth by neutralizing the pH of the user's skin. The wipes may also be used as a temporary bathing solution for those without immediate access to a shower or bathroom. The containers of the present invention are reusable, and feature a sealed lid to prevent the wet wipes from prematurely drying out.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a skin cleansing composition which can sufficiently exhibit an excellent keratotic plug-removing effect without a burden such as pain and irritation on the skin. The skin cleansing composition comprises 0.08 mass % or more and 35 mass % or less of (X) 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol and has a pH of 9.3 or more and 12.5 or less at 25° C.

Abstract: A composition for removing a cosmetic material from a substrate includes glycerin ethoxylate and linear alkyl benzene sulfonate (LABS). An application of the composition to a stain including a deposit of a cosmetic material at a white polyester-cotton blend fabric to provide a stained polyester-cotton blend fabric exhibits an increased stain removal measured as reflectance observed at 460 nm by at least about 35% compared to a reflectance observed at the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric prior to the application. A treatment including the composition applied to the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric provides a reflectance at the stained polyester-cotton blend fabric that is greater than a reflectance observed at a white polyester-cotton blend fabric stained with a deposit of a cosmetic material and that has been treated with either the glycerin ethoxylate alone or that has been treated with the linear alkyl benzene sulfonate alone.
