  • Patent number: 11514464
Abstract: A system is configured to provide a survey interface that collects response data, including both quantitative and qualitative response data, using multiple capture mediums. Mediums used to capture response data include input forms that collect structured response data on particular questions, as well as multimedia input forms that capture and collect free form multimedia response data in video form. This mix of quantitative and qualitative response data is analyzed across multiple modalities and used to develop an indexed response dataset, which may be queried to determine a set of pre-configured insights. An insight interface visualizes these pre-configured insights and accepts additional queries to provide a query interface that draws from the static indexed response dataset to allow for dynamic, conversational querying for additional insights.

  • Patent number: 11501088
Abstract: Described herein are techniques for generating natural language text customized to linguistic preferences of a user. Customizing the generation of natural language text to the linguistic preference of a user can significantly improve the overall user experience. Some embodiments relate to techniques for learning the linguistic preferences of a user, and for assisting NLG systems to generate natural text that reflects more closely the linguistic preferences of the user. A linguistic preference learner can present different natural language options to a user, and can ask the user to select the option that or appears to reflect more closely the user's personal linguistic preferences. The Linguistic preference learner may determine, based on the user selection, information relating to what linguistic characteristics the user appears to prefer.

  • Patent number: 11501091
Abstract: A real-time speech-to-speech generator and sign gestures converter system is disclosed. The system is still challenging for deaf or hearing impaired people. Embodiments of the invention provide direct speech to speech translation system and further conversion to sign gestures is disclosed. Direct speech to speech translation and further sign gesture conversion uses a one-tier approach, creating a unified-model for whole application. The single-model ecosystem takes in audio (MEL spectrogram) as an input and gives out audio (MEL spectrogram) as an output to a speech-sign converter device with a display. This solves the bottleneck problem by converting the translated speech directly to sign language gesture from first language with emotion by preserving phonetic information along the way. This model needs parallel audio samples in two languages.

  • Patent number: 11483427
Abstract: Audio qualities of a call and of a call recording are identified and compared to authenticate the call recording as a true representation of the call. A call is enabled between two or more participants, and the call is recorded to generate a call recording. The call recording is authenticated based on a match between information determined during the call and information determined during the call recording. In some cases, the call recording is authenticated based on a match between audio scores for the call recording and audio scores for the call. In some cases, the call recording is authenticated based on a match between audio watermarks included within the call recording and audio watermarks included within the call. An indication of the authentication is then output, such as for further processing or display.

  • Patent number: 11429789
Abstract: Embodiments relate to an intelligent computer platform to identify and evaluate candidate passage response data in natural language form. Natural language processing is applied to analyze a passage against one or more input tokens to identify matching content. A structure representing the analyzed passage is populated with matching input and passage tokens. A first count of matching token entries and a second count of evaluated token entries are determined and qualified by closeness criteria. An alignment of the passage to a candidate question is calculated, including assessing a ratio of the first and second counts as a confidence value. Matching passage data is returned from the passage with the confidence value.
