  • Patent number: 11541561
Abstract: A shaving implement has a guard provided to fit over a blade retaining cartridge of a razor configured for wet shaving. The guard has a frame defined by top and bottom rails, spaced by first and second side edges, and elongated members defining a grate. The elongated members have outwardly extending barbs configured to arrange facial hair during a shaving process. The guard is secured over the blade retaining cartridge of the razor. When disposed over the blade retaining cartridge, the grate portion of the guard spaces any blades retained in the cartridge from the surface of a user's skin while still leaving such blades at least partially exposed to the user's facial or body hair. This enables a user to trim, rather than fully shave, his hair and further protects the user's skin from the harmful effects of close shaving.

  • Patent number: 11524423
Abstract: A chain saw has a housing, a guiding plate, a chain, a power system and a tensioning component. The tensioning component includes a knob, a driving member and a transmission assembly. When the chain is in a loose state, the knob is forced to rotate and drives the transmission assembly to rotate, and the transmission assembly drives the driving member to rotate, then the driving member drives the guiding plate to move to tension the chain. When the chain is in an extension state, the knob is forced to rotate, the driving member stays still, and a skidding inside the tensioning component is generated. The tensioning component of the chain saw of the present invention can tension the chain and fix the guiding plate by rotating the knob, the operation is simple and convenient; Meanwhile, the tensioning component avoids over-tensioning the chain by skidding inside.

  • Patent number: 11485039
Abstract: A stop has an elongate form between a base and a tip, with the base configured to be attachable to a chainsaw bar closer to a free end of the bar then to a housing of the chainsaw to which the bar is mounted. The stop extends below a lower edge of the bar. Bolts or other fasteners pass through holes in the stop and through holes in the bar for attachment. Positioning of the stop separates a tip space from a main space where chain teeth can cut wooden material. Smaller branches can conveniently be cut in the tip space while larger wooden material can be cut in the main space. The stop is configured to include clearance for the chain to pass thereby, such as by including standoffs in the stop adjacent to holes at the base, or by providing a clearance groove or clearance bend.
