There is a vertical support element extending upward from the support base having a lateral support arm transverse on the vertical support element with a relatively left side and a relatively right side. The lateral support arm has two directional arms extending in a forward direction away from the lateral support arms. The lateral support arm has a rotation-enabling connection to the vertical support element so that the relatively left side can be elevated above the relatively right side, and alternatively the relatively right side may be elevated above the relatively left side to alter the individual respective heights of the two arms.

Abstract: Golf training aid for improving a golfer's golf swing, insertable into a grip end of a golf club. The aid having a rod slidably connected to the grip end of the golf club, with the first end and a portion of the rod received within the hollow shaft of the golf club. A training element is connected to the second end of the rod and disposed outwardly beyond the grip end of the shaft of the golf club. The rod is slidably moveable from a retracted position to an extended position during a golf swing via gravity. In the retracted position, the training element is located adjacent the grip end of the golf club and a portion of the rod is received within the shaft. In the extended position, the rod is extended outwardly and the training element is spaced apart from the grip end of the golf club.

Abstract: A foot mountable golfing aid is operable to provide a reference path for a swing of a golfer, indicate a swing path, indicate a proper width of stance of a golfer, and/or aid in alignment of a golfer's body in relation to a target when the foot mountable golfing aid is mounted on the foot of a golfer. The foot mountable golfing aid includes a foot attachment component that is configured to be attached to a foot of a golfer, and a vertically adjustable reference component. The vertically adjustable reference component is supported by the foot attachment component. The vertically adjustable reference component is operable to provide a reference path for a swing of a golfer, indicate a swing path, indicate a proper width of stance of a golfer, and/or aid in alignment of a body of a golfer in relation to a target when the foot mountable golfing aid is attached to the foot of a golfer.

Abstract: A ball toss and retrieval toy provides for entertainment and exercise by children. The toy takes the form of a bat and has an open end for tossing the ball from the toy. The toy also has a cord and reel mechanism that attaches the ball to the bat, allowing for retrieval of the ball from a fixed position. The reel mechanism includes a release mechanism that allows the cord to play out as the toy is operated in a toss operation similar to a fishing casting operation. The ball can then be reeled in by the reel mechanism, which may include a mechanical crank or may be motorized.

Abstract: A loading and launching device for toy vehicles is disclosed that is actuated with a single pull of an actuator to both load and launch a toy vehicle, such as onto a toy vehicle track set. The device includes a horizontal toy vehicle loader and a toy vehicle launcher that are coupled to one another, such that as the launcher moves rearward, the loader moves from a vehicle receiving and loading position (in which the loading and launching device may receive a toy vehicle returning from the toy track set) to a launch position that pushes a toy vehicle into position directly in front of the launcher. When the launcher is released, it contacts and launches the toy vehicle.

Abstract: The golf shoe holder with dismountable threaded cleats prevents the supporting foot of a person from moving when attempting to hit the golf ball with a golf club. This is achieved as the holder has two holes with different diameters: the large diameter is to be held between the cleats and the golf shoe sole, by means of the threads that both parts have, and the small diameter is where it holds on to the grass by means of a tee.

The upper member has a connector that attaches to a top end of a golf club and the golf club slides into the slot of the bottom piece.

Abstract: An apparatus to enable golfers to practice uneven golf shots. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a golf training apparatus is generally comprised of a foot platform and a ball platform that may be dynamically positioned. The golf training apparatus enables the golfer to practice balance and technique for uneven golf shots by manipulating both the plane of the golfer's stance as well as the position of the ball.

Abstract: A swing training apparatus includes an upper line from an upper assembly to a housing of a lower assembly. A first line extendable from the housing may be connected to a sporting implement. A second line extendable from the housing may be connected to the upper line. A first spool, second spool, lever, and pawl are located within the housing. The rotation of the first spool permits the extension of the first line. The pawl is biased to prevent the rotation of the first spool. Tension in the second line cause the rotation of the second spool, causing the lever to engage a portion on the pawl to disengage the pawl and permit extension of the first line. The first and second spools, lever, and pawl are configured to permit the extension of the first line at the proper “release” point during the swing of a sporting implement.

Abstract: A golf training device is described, and which forms an aiming point which is directed towards a golf ball by the correct positioning of a golfer's head and body, and wherein the aiming point assists the golfer in positioning and maintaining the golfer's head and body in an appropriate orientation relative to the golf ball so that the golfer may continually view the aiming point which is directed towards the golf ball through at least a portion of the golf swing of a golfer to strike the golf ball and thereby achieve improved golfing performance.

Abstract: A sports wrist trainer comprising a first elongated swing member with grip attached to a second elongated swing member with head by means of a one way 90 degree hinge, and an elastic return means that returns and holds said swing members at a ninety degree angle one to the other. According to alternative embodiments, the wrist trainer is a bat used for learning batting swings or a golf club used for learning golf swings. The one way hinge rotates to provide a trainer having different swing configurations and to maintain the bat or club head facing the ball at impact just like at address. The elastic return means may be removed and the trainer used without it. A second one way 90 degree rotating hinge can be added to the first providing additional versatility and accommodating both right and left handed golfers.

Exemplary embodiments can include a sensor module configured to be secured to and/or embedded within the instrument. The sensor module can detect a swing event and/or an impact between the instrument and an object and can generate pressures waves that propagate through air. The pressure waves can include information or represent information about a use of the instrument and can be detected by an electronic device associated with the user, which can display the information, process the information, and/or transmit the information to a remote system. The pressure waves can be modulated to encode information within the pressure waves.

Abstract: A golf training aid apparatus to dispense a chalk line on a ground surface to serve as a reference to enhance alignment of a ball, club face and feet of a user includes an outer tubular member having a first dispensing slot, an inner tubular member rotatably mounted to the outer tubular member and designed to store the chalk, the inner tubular member having a second dispensing slot, and an adjustment member designed to limit rotational movement of the inner tubular member relative to the outer tubular member. The inner tubular member is rotatably adjusted to enable the first dispensing slot of the outer tubular member to align with the second dispensing slot of the inner tubular member, thereby permitting the stored chalk to pass through the first and second dispensing slots to dispense the chalk line on the ground surface.

Abstract: A golf club head and a low density alloy thereof are provided. The low density alloy has a balanced weight percentage of titanium, 10˜11 wt % aluminum, and trace elements including (C+N+O) <0.2 wt %, silicon <0.2 wt %, and (Fe+Cr+V+Mo) <0.4 wt %. The golf club head has a tensile strength of 90˜110 kips/in2, and a density of 4.18˜4.30 g/cm3. Through heat treatment at a high temperature of 925±25° C., the precipitation or ?2 phase of the interfacial interphase can be avoided, and thus the embrittlement phenomena can be improved.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for training baseball and softball batters, to identify types of pitched balls (fast ball, curve ball, slider and changeup) and locations (strike or non-strike zone) of pitched balls in order to increase hitting accuracy A motion sensor can be triggered by the leading foot of a pitcher. The motion sensor can use cone or fan shaped sensor to detect the passage of a pitched ball from the pitcher. When the motion sensor is triggered, a signal can be sent to a black out lens that blocks the vision of a hitter being trained to identify the types and locations of the pitched balls. The training includes changing the lens from transparent to opaque at selected distances between the hitter and the pitcher. Batters can be trained to keep their eyes on the pitched balls until the ball reaches the batter. Golfers can be trained to not have to look up when their club hits the ball, where the black out lens are go opaque when the golf swing passes into the motion sensor.
