Abstract: Infant swaddling allows an infant to be comfortably and easily swaddled. The swaddling includes a pouch featuring a lower end that can be opened and closed to allow an infant's soiled diaper to be easily removed and replaced or to take a rectal temperature. The swaddling can include a blanket that comprises a first blanket flap and a second blanket flap and that can be removably attached to the pouch. The swaddle is used by placing one of the blanket flaps over the pouch, and then placing the other blanket flap over the pouch.

The tabletop may include an upper surface, a sidewall and a receiving portion at least partially disposed in the upper surface and the sidewall. The receiving portion may be sized and configured to receive an engaging portion of an adjacent table when the tables are disposed in a nested configuration. The tabletop may also include a plurality of strengthen members disposed in the lower portion of the tabletop that are sized and configured to support the receiving portion. For example, the strengthening members may include an inner surface sized and configured to support an inner surface of the receiving portion.

Abstract: A box for transporting fishing tackle. The tackle box may include a tackle box housing having a rigid outer shell enclosing a first internal cavity and with openings at a front and back end, which may be covered by adjustable closure panels that themselves have receptacles for fishing tackle. The tackle box housing may further include an inside wall, or multiple such walls, having a plurality of lure retaining holes disposed therethrough, each of the lure retaining holes defined by the inside wall having a substantially round wide portion and at least one substantially rectangular narrow portion extending from the wide portion. This wall may be integrated with the tackle box housing or may be provided in a separate insert, and may be formed from a transparent material if desired. Other containers, such as drawers, may also be provided in the tackle box housing or in the insert.

Abstract: A notification appliance is disclosed. The notification appliance may be a strobe notification appliance, such as an LED strobe notification appliance. The notification appliance may be wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted. Further, the notification appliance may include an optic that is configured to shape the light output from the notification appliance. For example, in a wall-mount, the optic may be mounted off-axis of a plane defined by a back plate of the notification appliance. Further, the notification appliance may be composed of a back plate, a driver board, and a front housing, with the front housing being attached to one or both of the back plate and the driver board. Moreover, the notification appliance may be used with an adapter bracket, which may be used to connect the notification appliance with one or more types of junction boxes.

The swimming aid device may include first and second fins formed of a resilient material, each fin including an elongated internal space within a fin body, an opening leading to the elongated internal space, a fin blade coupled to and extending away from the elongated internal space, a first and second side heel connectors on opposing sides of the opening leading to the elongated internal space and sized and shaped to mate with each other, a fin blade connector and a fin blade connector receiver on the fin blade and sized and shaped to mate with each other, the combination of the first and second fins forming a monofin.

Abstract: A swaddling blanket and pouch combination (SBPC) (10) that allows an infant to be comfortably and easily swaddled. The blanket (12) is comprised of a right blanket flap (28) and a left blanket flap (46) and includes a designated area to which is removably attached the pouch (70). The pouch features a lower end (78) which includes an opening and closing means that allows an infant's soiled diaper to be easily removed and replaced or to take a rectal temperature. The SBPC (10) is used by first placing the left blanket flap (46) over the pouch (70), which is then followed by placing the right blanket flap (28) over the pouch. The right and left blanket flaps (28,46) as well as the pouch (70) are preferably held in place by hook and loop fasteners (88).

Abstract: Enhanced methods and systems for human-pet communication are described. Example embodiments provide an Internet Canine Communication System (“ICCS”). The ICCS facilitates remote communication and interaction with between a dog and its owner, caretaker, trainer, family member, or the like. The ICCS may include a base station or similar device that is configured to deliver treats to a dog and to transmit audio/visual communication between the dog and a remote client device operated by a human user. The ICCS may also facilitate training the dog to utilize the ICCS to communicate with the user, such as by answering calls from or initiating calls to the remote client device of the user.

Abstract: An actuating mechanism for lumbar support in an articulating bed incorporates a support frame for an articulating section having a seat section and an upper body support section. An actuator with a ram is pivotally attached to the upper body support section with a bracket. A lumbar actuation lever is pivotally attached to the ram and extends from a torque tube rotatable in bearing blocks mounted to the upper body support section. A second actuator is pivotally attached to the upper body support section with a second bracket and includes a second ram. At least one angled lifter arm extends from the torque tube and pivotally attaches to at least one lever engaging a lumbar support element through at least one aperture in the upper body support section. An actuator element extends from at least one lever and is connected to the second ram. The actuator element and associated lever rotate about a pivot point on the associated angled lifter arm.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus and related method comprising a detector located a distance from a source and positioned to receive a beam of radiation in a trajectory; a detector positioner that translates the detector to an alternate position in a direction that is substantially normal to the trajectory; and a beam positioner that alters the trajectory of the radiation beam to direct the beam onto the detector located at the alternate position.

The center portion has a longitudinal axis, a length, a first thickness and is formed as about 270° of a cylinder. Each arm is integrally joined to the center portion substantially the length of the center portion, the arms each having a proximate end and an opposed distal end. The arms each having a cross section tapering from a first thickness at its proximate end to a second thickness at the distal end. The arms each having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surfaces of each arm lie in planes orthogonal to one another that intersect the longitudinal axis of the center portion. The arms both extend the same distance from the center portion. The device is made from a plastic material comprising high-density polyethylene.

The chair frame has a connecting base and a legs base, and a supporting column formed therebetween is configured to achieve a telescopic action thereby adjusting a height of the ball chair. The connecting base is formed in a concave shape to form a housing space therein, and an annular frame is formed at an upper end of the connecting base. The ball body is configured to be coupled on the connecting base of the chair frame, and the annular frame is configured to couple with an outer periphery of the ball body thereby limiting a position thereof. As a result, the ball chair is suitable for different statures of users and enables the users to sit thereon for training or rehabilitation.

Abstract: The present embodiments disclose an exercise apparatus including at least one rocker board dimensioned to support a user. A plurality of convex rockers are releasably engageable with the at least one rocker board to provide instability during an exercise. A cutout is positioned through the rocker boards to strengthen the intrinsic and extrinsic muscles of the user.

Abstract: A variable refrigerant package air conditioner is shown that is easy to install in new construction with a unique base that causes collected mixture that overflows to drain outside the building. A control system is shown that has motors and compressor that are pulse width modulated so the air conditioner is infinitely variable while maintaining the highest possible power factor. Dehumidification of outside air occurs as it is mixed with inside air. By gradually approaching a temperature set point and even reheating after dehumidification, moisture is removed from the room.

At least one cutout and at least one bridge portion are defined along a first fold line between the top panel and the first side panel. The bearing head comprises at least one hooking element adapted to hook the photovoltaic framework in order to transversely immobilize the photovoltaic framework in the jaw.
