  • Patent number: 11603942
Abstract: A valve assembly includes a first part mountable to a fluid port of a panel and having a first opening for ingress of fluid into the first part from a first side of the panel, and a second opening for egress of fluid out of the first part through the fluid port to a second side of the panel; a second part within the first part for sealing the second opening when in a first position, a deformable member, and a resilient member biased to move the second part to a second position, to provide a fluid flow path from the first opening to the second. In an initial state, the deformable member retains the second part in the first position. Upon contacting liquid within the first part, at least part of the deformable member deforms to enable the resilient member to move the second part to the second position.

  • Patent number: 11598488
Abstract: The present invention provides a leak-proof fluid dispensing system with a pressure sensor and an adjustable dispensing regulator, comprising: a gas cylinder and a pressure dispensing control valve. The dispensing control valve is formed outside the bottle body opening and has an internal channel that communicates with an inlet port, an outlet port, a bottle port, and the joint portion. The internal of the dispensing body includes an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a pressure dispensing regulator, a filter, and a pressure sensor. The pressure at the outlet end of pressure dispensing regulator is lower than or equal to a preset opening pressure value, the fluid is allowed to flow out. With the implementation of the present invention, it may prevent accidental leakage of fluid in the gas cylinder and dynamically monitor the flow gas capacity in the gas cylinder.

  • Patent number: 11583806
Abstract: A proportioning valve for a reverse osmosis system that controls the production of product water by the differential pressure across the purification membrane. By sensing increasing tank pressure to actuate the proportioning valve, the flow of waste water is restricted. Placement of seals within the cavity of the valve, as well as placement of waste water inlet and outlet ports, protects tension components that provide reverse tank pressure from waste water exposure. A needle valve assembly responsive to an actuating assembly that senses tank pressure removes the need for an inlet tank water port while restricting water flow.

  • Patent number: 11581611
Abstract: A mounting seat for a pressure relief device. The mounting seat comprises a main body portion, a blocking portion and a lug. The main body portion has a circular cross section. The blocking portion is circumferentially arranged on an outer surface of the main body portion and is formed by extending outward from the outer surface of the main body portion. The lug is located below the blocking portion and is separated from the blocking portion by a distance, and the lug extends outward from the outer surface of the main body portion. The pressure relief device of the present application, through its rotation, may be securely mounted to a housing of the battery pack, without requiring additional mounting parts and tools, which greatly simplifies the mounting process of the battery pack.

  • Patent number: 11578808
Abstract: A pressure relief device includes a mounting seat, a valve core, and a pressure relief member. The mounting seat is internally provided with a fluid channel, and the fluid channel is capable of communicating with an internal space of a component to be subject to pressure relief. The valve core is arranged to be aligned with the fluid channel in the mounting seat, and a pressure relief channel is formed between an outer edge of the valve core and an inner wall of the fluid channel of the mounting seat. The pressure relief member is sleeved on the outer edge of the valve core and is deformable and configured to open and close the pressure relief channel by means of its deformation. The pressure relief device of the present application utilizes the deformable property of the pressure relief member to achieve the effect of repeated use and multiple pressure reliefs of the pressure relief device.
