Abstract: There is provided a polyester fiber which has few defects such as voids due to catalyst particles, and low variation in physical properties and minimal fluff generation. The polyester fiber of the invention comprises laminar nanoparticles composed of a divalent metal and a phosphorus compound and having side lengths of 5-100 nm and an interlayer spacing of 1-5 nm. There are also provided a tire cord, tire, belt-reinforcing fiber material and belt, comprising the polyester fiber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polyolefin composition for an interior sheet/film. The polyolefin composition of the present invention for an interior sheet comprises 70 to 99 wt % of polyolefin and 1 to 30 wt % of modified polyethylene terephthalate having a melting point of 130 to 180° C. The polyolefin composition of the present invention is environmentally friendly and has good physical properties such as workability, printing characteristics, and adhesiveness. In addition, sheets having various thicknesses can be produced by extrusion without having to stretch the sheets, and thus the sheets can be used separately or in combination in various application fields.

Abstract: Provided are a rubber composition for sidewalls containing 100 parts by mass of a rubber component consisting of at least a natural rubber or a modified natural rubber, 5 parts by mass or less of carbon black, 10 to 40 parts by mass of silica and 5 to 30 parts by mass of an inorganic filler component composed of one kind or two or more kinds of inorganic filler excluding carbon black and silica, and a pneumatic tire provided with a sidewall rubber prepared using the rubber composition. The used amounts of raw materials derived from petroleum resources have been reduced in this rubber composition. Moreover, the rubber composition exhibits low fuel consumption due to low rolling resistance and good flex crack growth resistance.
Abstract: The process for producing an internal mold release agent for an optical material of the present invention includes a step of heating, to a range of 80° C. to 140° C., a composition including (a) a phosphoric ester compound, and (b) an alcohol compound containing an aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and/or aromatic alcohol, when the total amount of (a) and (b) is 100% by weight, the alcohol compound (b) is included in an amount equal to or more than 2.5% by weight.
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel phosphoric compound, a method for preparing the same, and a thermoplastic resin composition including the same. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising the phosphoric compound of the present invention can have excellent flame retardancy, and can be eco-friendly because the phosphoric compound does not generate toxic gas during molding or combustion.
Abstract: A halogen-free, flame retardant composition comprises thermoplastic polyurethane, olefin block copolymer, carbonyl-containing olefin polymer compatibilizer, and flame retardant package comprising bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) and/or resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate), a nitrogen/phosphorus based, halogen-free flame retardant, and epoxidized novolac. The composition that will not only be processed easily to make a wire or cable sheath but also pass both the VW-1 flame retardancy test and the UL1581 heat deformation test at 150° C. exhibits good tensile and flexibility properties.

Abstract: A halogen-free and flame-resistant photosensitive resin composition is provided, which has properties necessary for a solder resist (insulative property, solder heat resistance, alkali developability and the like) and is capable of forming a film that is excellent in folding endurance even after an IR reflow process.
