  • Patent number: 10060425
Abstract: A peristaltic pump includes a housing in which a tube mounting case is formed in which a pump head is rotatably supported. The pump includes a tube unit provided as a replacement part consisting of a flexible tube and a tube fixture which holds the tube at two positions. The tube unit is insertible in the tube mounting case so that by displacing the tube fixture, the tube enters into tensioning engagement with the pump head. A tensioning device is arranged on the housing or on the tube mounting case in the form of a lever mechanism for tensioning displacement of the tube fixture by at least one lever element. A locking or clamping mechanism forms an undercut which upon reaching a tube tensioning position engages in a counter-locking/clamping mechanism arranged on the tube fixture for locking the tube fixture and the tensioning device in the tube tensioning position.

  • Patent number: 10047745
Abstract: Provided is a configuration where a stator section is fastened to an electric motor part-accommodating portion at a location where an end surface of the stator section projects outwardly from an end plane of an opening of an electric motor part-accommodating portion thereby bringing the center of gravity of an electric motor part closer to the end plane of the opening of the electric motor part-accommodating portion. With this, the center of gravity of the electric motor part is brought closer to the end plane of the opening of the electric motor part-accommodating portion so as to make a rotor section difficult to receive the influence of oscillations, and consequently a phenomenon where the rotor section is shaken under the influence of oscillations can be restrained.

  • Patent number: 10041600
Abstract: A pressure switch safety system includes a pressure switch for mounting to a mud pumping system. The pressure switch can be moved from a pressure switch open position to a pressure switch closed position when the pressure within the mud pumping system reaches an excess trigger pressure. The excess trigger is greater than the pressure required to activate a pressure relief valve system of the mud pumping system. An alarm and a timer are actuated when the pressure switch is moved from the pressure switch open position to the pressure switch closed position. The timer has a preset time interval. The system has a mud pump shut down control module that will shut down the mud pumping system after the preset time interval has elapsed.

  • Patent number: 10001130
Abstract: A vacuum pump configured to exhaust gas includes an inductance gap sensor positioned oppositely near an end face of a rotational axis of a rotational body including a rotor; a plurality of individually formed recesses disposed at the end face facing the gap sensor at respectively different angular positions; and at least one ferromagnetic body disposed in at least one of the recesses. The ferromagnetic body has a Curie temperature approximately equal to an allowable temperature of the rotor. The gap sensor senses inductance changes associated with changes in magnetic permeability of the ferromagnetic body to detect a temperature of the rotor. One of the recesses where the ferromagnetic body is not disposed is a rotational number sensor target. Thus, a rotational number of the rotor is detected based on a change in inductance when the rotational number sensor target passes opposite the inductance sensor.

  • Patent number: 9869310
Abstract: Described are a method and a device for activating an electric vacuum pump for a brake booster of a vehicle. The brake booster is supplied with a vacuum from a vacuum reservoir. The vacuum pump is designed to increase the vacuum in the vacuum reservoir as soon as the vacuum drops below a predefinable switch-on threshold. In order to avoid unnecessarily frequent switching on of the vacuum pump, which may irritate the driver, an expected decrease of the vacuum in the vacuum reservoir as a result of an instantaneous braking operation is estimated and the switch-on threshold of the vacuum pump is temporarily reduced if the vacuum instantaneously prevailing in the vacuum reservoir minus the estimated vacuum decrease is greater than a predetermined adjustment point vacuum, below which the brake booster can no longer act in a sufficiently boosting manner.
