In particular, the present invention provides a men's underwear or swimwear garment for supporting the male genitals, the garment including a double-layered front portion having an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein a lower portion of the inner layer of the double-layered front portion is folded upward to form a pouch in the interior of the garment, wherein, in use, the pouch engages with the genitals of the male wearer to displace the genitals of a male wearer forward and/or upward.
