Abstract: A method for supplying a controlled payment number for use on behalf of a tokenized payment account in a digital wallet for e-commerce includes: receiving, by a wallet server, at least a token identifier from an external computing device, the token identifier being associated with a tokenized payment account in the external computing device; transmitting, by the wallet server, at least the token identifier and a request flag to a processing server; identifying, by the processing server, a transaction account number associated with the token identifier, wherein the transaction account number corresponds to the payment account; identifying, by the processing server, a controlled payment number corresponding to the payment account; receiving, by the wallet server, the identified controlled payment number from the processing server; and transmitting, by the wallet server, the identified controlled payment number to the external computing device.

Abstract: A distributed storage and computing architecture and associated usage techniques are described for providing efficient and secure management of blockchain transaction approval using private encryption keys stored offline, such as via an offline device that stores offline private encryption key(s) and that communicates with an online device using only encoded QR codes and without any inter-device electronic transmissions or communications, or otherwise using private encryption keys stored offline.

Abstract: Example embodiments provide systems and methods for increasing the cryptographic strength of an encryption or message-authentication-code-(MAC) generation technique. According to some embodiments, a MAC may be constructed around a shared secret (such as a random initialization number), thereby increasing strength of the MAC against brute force attacks based on the size of the shared secret. The MAC may be combined with randomized data, and may also be encrypted to further bolster the strength of the code. These elements (shared secret, MAC algorithm, and encryption algorithm) may be employed in various combinations and to varying degrees, depending on the application and desired level of security. At each stage, the cryptographic construct operates on the cyptographically modified data from the previous stage. This layering of cryptographic constructs may increase the strength of the group of contrasts more efficiently than applying any one construct with a larger key size or similar increase in complexity.

Abstract: A dynamically regulated advertising delivery control system. A campaign is operated by sending bids to an exchange responsive to receiving bid requests from the exchange, each bid request representing an opportunity to expose a browser to content. Won bid notifications are received from the exchange and exposure notifications are received from exposed browsers. Failed exposures are detected by detecting won bid notification identifiers without corresponding exposure notification identifiers. Responsive to the failed exposures exceeding an upper limit, the campaign is operated in a throttled mode. Responsive to detecting successful exposures in the throttled mode, the campaign is operated in a recovered mode.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a user identity sharing system utilizing a distributed ledger technology security platform. The present invention includes an OFF-CHAIN configured to operate as a regional or national blockchain within a single jurisdiction, in which one or more virtual asset service providers and one or more identity management service providers are participating; and an ON-CHAIN configured to operate as a global blockchain with no borders, in which one or more virtual asset service providers are participating, wherein user identity information of the OFF-CHAIN are shared as de-identified identity information between a virtual asset service provider participating in both the OFF-CHAIN and the ON-CHAIN and another virtual asset service provider participating in the ON-CHAIN, thus preventing forgery of user identity information, and sharing user identity information between virtual asset service providers, other blockchains, distributed ledger technology platforms, and existing IT systems.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for resolving advertisement placement conflicts. Specifically, a number of parameters may be entered into a system in order to distribute advertisements into advertisement slots. In many instances, a combination of these parameters causes a conflict in the system where all the parameters cannot be applied in order to place advertisements into advertisement slots. The conflict may be resolved by using an advertisement assignment model to determine which parameters may be relaxed in order to arrive at an optimal solution that violates a smallest number of parameters having the least priority. When such a solution is found, the advertisement assignment model may be modified and advertisements may be placed into advertisement slots based on the modified advertisement assignment model.

Abstract: The present teaching relates to a fraud detecting system and method for providing protection against fraudulent advertisement requests. Upon receiving a request for an advertisement, the system extracts an identifier, associated with a source from which the request originates, included in the request. The system determines whether the extracted identifier is included in a list of designated identifiers, and when the identifier is included in the list, the system denies the request for the advertisement. When the identifier is not included in the list of designated identifiers, the system provides the advertisement in response to the request, and extracts a set of features from the request and other requests that originate from the source to determine whether the identifier associated with the source is to be included in the list of designated identifiers based on the set of features in accordance with one or more models.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining a quantity of network location visitors that are likely generated or encouraged by specific offline events. A corresponding number of leads may then be attributed to and associated with those specific events. Ongoing conversion activity of those visitors may be tracked and associated with the offline events. Conversions of those visitors may be attributed entirely or partially to one or more specific offline events. The effectiveness of each offline may then be evaluated based on aggregate lead and conversion information.

Abstract: A method for mobile credit acquisition is disclosed. The method deploys a shopping incentive offer, the shopping incentive offer for a shopping incentive. A device identifier associated with a user's mobile device is received in response to a user responding to the shopping incentive offer on the user's mobile device. In addition, a user identifier is received for the user. The device identifier and the user identifier are used to obtain user specific information useable for a credit prescreen. The shopping incentive is then provided to the user's mobile device. If the user does pass a credit prescreen, a pre-approved credit offer is also provided to the user via the user's mobile device in conjunction with the shopping incentive.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a collaborative offer portal is provided. A proposed offer is received from a manufacturer, including an offer structure and a number of consumers they wish to target. Transaction logs of a retailer are accessed to determine an audience for the offer by calculating a return on investment (ROI) for the customer base using the retailer's records given the offer type. The consumers are then grouped by their ROI distribution, and the ROI for the deal is calculated based upon the offer size in light of this distribution. From the offer ROI a discount percentage to be paid by the retailer versus the merchant can be created. The retailer may then choose to accept the offer for deployment.

The POS terminal is configured to establish a secure communications session with a communications appliance, receive session data from the communications appliance via the communications session, extract a ledger identifier and a token from the session data, transmit an authorization request message and a rewards request message to the server. The authorization request message includes the ledger identifier and an authorization value. The rewards request message includes the token and requests a reward of loyalty points to a secondary ledger associated with the token. The server is configured to receive the authorization request message and the loyalty rewards request message, confirm authorization of a transaction in an amount equal to the authorization value from an account associated with the ledger identifier, and transmit to the POS terminal an authorization response message confirming the authorization.

Emails may contain control objects directing users to a web page showing content related to oil change coupons. However, in some systems, methods, and processes, a small variable proportion of users may instead be directed to a different sequence of pages to conduct a compliance check on the contents of the email received by the user. The compliance check sequence of pages may offer the user an incentive to forward the email to a specified email address for subsequent compliance review. Delivery of an incentive may be conditioned on successful receipt of the forwarded email.

Upon receipt of the request, the central office processor accesses the database including the record of the employee's accrued and unpaid earnings for the predetermined time period and determines an amount of the employee's accrued and unpaid earnings for the predetermined time period available to the employee and transmits the amount for display to the employee.

Abstract: A blockchain-enhanced open Internet of Things (IoT) access architecture includes an access point, a number of IoT devices, a hash access mechanism, a blockchain mining network, and a blockchain enabling mechanism that manages network access of the IoT device. The blockchain-enhanced open IoT access architecture provided in the present invention provides a secure, reliable, fair, and short-packet access service for a plurality of devices in an IoT network by using features of a blockchain such as distributed storage, tamper-proofing, and traceability, thereby promoting the trust and cooperation between the devices and ensuring the security and efficiency of the network in the large-scale untrustworthy IoT network. The blockchain-enhanced open IoT access architecture in the present invention can provide secure and reliable IoT access with low latency and a high value in practice.
