  • Patent number: 12614207
Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing responsive advertisements are described herein. In some embodiments, a computing device may send a presentation including multiple advertisements to a user device. The computing device may receive an indication that an advertisement has been overlaid by a window and may, in response, determine to resize or relocation the advertisement. The computing device may determine impression credit for the advertisement based on a display duration for the advertisement prior to being overlaid by the window and a display duration for the resized or relocated advertisement while not being overlaid by any window.

  • Patent number: 12579542
Abstract: A system for managing and using digital financial assets, such as cryptocurrency uses multiple independent devices that mutually cooperate to control cryptocurrency assets in a secure manner. Each of these devices may store a unique private key associated with the cryptocurrency assets, which may be configured such that a certain minimum number of these private keys are required to transfer the cryptocurrency assets. The use of multiple private keys spread across multiple distinct devices may reduce the likelihood of loss stemming from a hardware failure or reduce the likelihood of an attacker successfully gaining access to the cryptocurrency assets. In addition, selection of the devices to be used for storing these private keys, as well as how many private keys are required to authorize a transaction, may be tailored to balance a user's preferences for reliability of access versus security and for third-party custody versus self-custody.

  • Patent number: 12579434
Abstract: An index sequence specifying an index of training data corresponding to a component of a cost function is generated. A first model parameter in the set of model parameters is set to an initial value. Using the index sequence, a neural network model comprising a set of weights is trained. As part of the training, using the index sequence, a learning rate, and a set of gradients, a subset of the set of model parameters is updated. As part of the training, a momentum term is set. As part of the training, using the momentum term as the first model parameter, the updating and the setting are repeated until reaching a training completion condition. The trained neural network model is used to predict an outcome by analyzing live data.

  • Patent number: 12561716
Abstract: Online advertisers may demand compliance with certain standards for the content of emails and other digital content with which its advertisements may be associated. Emails may contain control objects directing users to a web page showing content related to oil change coupons. However, in some systems, methods, and processes, a small variable proportion of users may instead be directed to a different sequence of pages to conduct a compliance check on the contents of the email received by the user. The compliance check sequence of pages may offer the user an incentive to forward the email to a specified email address for subsequent compliance review. Delivery of an incentive may be conditioned on successful receipt of the forwarded email.

  • Patent number: 12562927
Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes identifying a set of contingency-action tokens (CATs) of an object distributed ledger that meets minimum CAT requirements. The method further includes producing a set of selected CATs based on an evaluation of each CAT. The method further includes determining reassignment information for each selected CAT and facilitating taking control of each selected CAT of a blockchain of the object distributed ledger using a securely passing process. The method further includes updating each selected CAT to include the reassignment information to produce an updated CAT. The method further includes causing generation of a new block affiliated with each corresponding updated CAT via the blockchain of the object distributed ledger using the securely passing process, where the new block includes the corresponding updated CAT.

  • Patent number: 12493896
Abstract: A method of enabling an employee to utilize earned and unpaid earnings includes receiving, with a with a central office processor, a record of an employee's accrued and unpaid earnings for a predetermined time period and storing the record in a database. The method includes receiving, with the central office processor, an electronic request from an employee to access the employee's record of accrued and unpaid earnings for the predetermined time period. Upon receipt of the request, the central office processor accesses the database including the record of the employee's accrued and unpaid earnings for the predetermined time period and determines an amount of the employee's accrued and unpaid earnings for the predetermined time period available to the employee and transmits the amount for display to the employee. The central office processor may also authenticate the employee's identity upon receiving the request to access the employee's accrued and unpaid earnings.

  • Patent number: 12482023
Abstract: Embodiments for communicating and displaying collections of image and video clip content with an opt-out interstitial are described. In one example embodiment, a device receives interface information about a group of content collections from a server computer system. When a user inputs a selection of a first content collection, the device displays images and video clips in a sequence defined by the content collection. Each piece of content is displayed for less than a threshold display time. When the device finishes playing the first content collection, the device presents an opt-out interstitial. Additional content collections generated from content submitted by other client devices can be received from the server computer system, and are presented based on a response input, or a lack of response input, to the opt-out interstitial. Some embodiments include content collections generated by the server computer system, as well as advertising elements presented between content collections.

  • Patent number: 12456104
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining and executing complex multi-route transfers of digital assets are described. A multi-route transfer of a source asset for a destination asset may be determined by analyzing a graph representing a plurality of assets and exchanges to determine a plurality of unique transfer paths. A transfer path may reflect a direct transfer in which the source asset is swapped for the destination asset, or it may reflect a series of intermediate transfers in which the source asset is swapped for intermediate asset(s) that are swapped for the destination asset. Dynamic programming can be used to select the transfer paths to include in the multi-route transfer, how to distribute swaps across those transfer paths, and how to distribute swaps for each transfer of a transfer path—thereby optimizing for the total amount of the destination asset received while accounting for transaction fees.

  • Patent number: 12380433
Abstract: The invention presents a solution in which blockchain transactions are created to implement the functionality of a logic gate. The invention may be implemented on the Bitcoin platform or an alternative blockchain platform. The transaction includes a locking script which comprises instructions to process Boolean inputs and implement the functionality of a logic gate, such as the XOR gate. When the script is executed, the inputs will be evaluated, using computing agents, to provide an output of TRUE or FALSE, and the output will be subsequently provided to an unlocking script associated with a second transaction attempting to spend the output associated with the locking script. The second transaction is transmitted to the blockchain network for validation and, if determined to be valid (evaluated to a TRUE output), it will be written to the blockchain. Thus, the locking script of the first transaction provides the functionality.
