Abstract: A closure device for closing a container opening of a container, in particular a beverage bottle, has a cover element, a chamber arranged on the cover element and an inner housing. The chamber and the inner housing have closing and opening devices which correspond to one another and interact with one another in such a way that a medium contained in the chamber can move into the container as a result of a movement of the cover element relative to the inner housing. In order to further improve the closure device in particular with regard to a favorable producibility, the chamber, which is designed to be closed except for an opening on the container side, is retained in the cover element in a latching manner.

Abstract: A disposable package is configured to promote recycling of its component parts. A thermoformed thermoplastic blister has a product bubble which extends from a peripheral flange to extend through an opening in a front card. The front card is affixed to a back card to close the product bubble and so as not to adhere to the blister flange. An extraction tab extends from the peripheral flange and is accessible on two opposed sides for gripping by a user to engage and remove the blister from the front card and the back card.

Abstract: A medication dispensing device comprising a rotating platform configured for receiving a plurality of medication dispensing containments housing a plurality of pills comprising medication or supplements, and a scanner or user input for identifying the one or more medication containments and receiving data specific to the medication or supplements provided therein, wherein the medication containment has a lower surface with a dispensing opening and pill capture head sized according to at least one dimension of the plurality of pills contained therein, and a medication sweeper disposed above the pill capture head and between the plurality of pills so as to selectively direct is single pill out the dispensing opening while blocking a remainder of the plurality of pills in the containment.

The package includes a suture straightening assembly including a suture dispensing path for removing the suture thread from the suture housing. The suture straightening assembly includes a first suture thread straightening section configured to apply a first flexing force within a first plane upon the suture thread as the suture thread is drawn along the suture dispensing path, and a second suture thread straightening section configured to apply a second flexing force within a second plane upon the suture thread as the suture thread is drawn along the suture dispensing path. The first and second planes extend along axes that define an angle relative to one another.

Abstract: A base is provided with a plate-shaped body and two pairs of opposite protrusion edges surrounding the periphery of the plate-shaped body. The two pairs of opposite side plates are hinged to the protrusion edges of the base and are foldable relative to the base. Connecting parts are arranged at the bottom of the side plate, and corresponding base hinging parts are arranged on the protrusion edge of the base, where the connecting parts are hinged to the base hinging parts respectively, thus hinging the side plate to the base. Abstract: A passive locking system is used to attach molded plastic bottom and cover members to the bottom and top edges of a four-sided sleeve to create a container that can be handled by a forklift and knocked down for storage and/or return shipment. The locks comprise molded tabs and receiver slots and allow for easy attachment and removal of the sleeve to the bottom and top members without the need for tools or manipulation of slide latches. In the preferred embodiment, foldable clips are attached to the sleeve edges to provide tabs on the sleeve. The clip tabs enter into apertures in the outside rim of the pallet and cover only when the sleeve edges are fully inserted into the pallet and cover.

Abstract: A transport container for transporting a hub and vanes of a fan prior to assembly of the fan includes a body having a floor and defining an interior having a top opening. The transport container also includes a lid that removably covers the top opening. A divider wall is positioned within the interior so that the interior is divided into first and second internal compartments that hold the vanes of the fan. A hub post is positioned within the interior of the body. The hub post has a bottom end portion attached to the floor and a top end portion that is inserted into a central opening of the hub of the fan.

Abstract: A personal care collection kit is described. The kit may include a sanitizer and an absorbent material. The components are housed in a lined enclosure. A personal care article can be withdrawn from the collection kit, used, and discarded back into an interior region of the enclosure of the collection kit. A sanitizer can be expelled from within the enclosure and can easily be dispensed by a one hand function. The sanitizer is spread on a user's hand discreetly inside the liner and enclosure. The hand can be dried with the absorbent material again by a one hand function. The lining keeps the wet, dry, powder, or similar type sanitizer substances from contacting the inside of a user's pocket or adjacent body part, substrate or the like.

Abstract: This invention is, in general, related to the technological field of packaging of vegetable products, such as whole fresh fruits and vegetables that tend to have certain surface microbial load. Specifically, this invention relates to a new cardboard packaging which is characterised by having an antimicrobial active coating based on a polymeric compound in combination with essential oils forming inclusion complexes with cyclodextrins. Vapours of essential oils are emitted from the cardboard as sufficiently high relative humidities are reached in the vicinity of this coating which is next to the packed product, and these vapours have an antimicrobial action against fungi, yeasts and bacteria, which both spoil product quality and are pathogenic for consumers. This new packaging significantly achieves increasing food safety and the shelf life of foods packed therein.
