Abstract: A vehicle power train support apparatus is provided for temporarily supporting from a vehicle frame a portion of a vehicle power train. The apparatus includes a telescoping transverse support arm assembly suspended by two eye bolts, and optionally by two chains or straps, from a vehicle frame. A support table is adjustably mounted to the transverse support arm assembly at varying vertical increments. A spring-biased sliding lock plate or latch secures the table at a desired vertical position. The table supports the portion of the vehicle power train.
